What gameplay feature is this bug affecting?

The code is not working
It worked before, but I found it doesn’t work anymore no matter my territory description or sending messages, it shows empty.
I changed devices and it’s still not working btw

Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible:
I wanted to put a gif at territory description, I triedsrc=“Link”>(without the /) and the gif didn’t show and not even the code is showing. I tried with laptop and still the same result.I also thought it’s because my code is wrong but I found it automatically “corrected” my code by adding stuff into it to make it not work. This is very disturbing, if it’s a bug pls fix it:(
