Honestly, I might recommend selling it for and using what you earned to buy CRBs. In Lioden, you can usually trust quantity over quality. Otherwise, you could try to obtain a CRB'd lioness (by buying one, finding one in explore, or scrounging up a CRB and using it yourself) and apply it to her. Always CRB first, otherwise you'll waste the lion meat.

It's really up to you on how you use it. Some people like to buy a Cotton Root Bark (CRB) from Oasis, which cost 1GB , and will cause a miscarriage and up your chance of a mutie, then feed the lioness the lion meat. You can purchase GB's with SB's in the trading section under "GB Sales". Don't give the lioness the lion meat, and then the cotton root bark, as that will make her miscarry the litter that the lion meat would affect. Also doing this does not automatically let you get a mutie, just ups the chances. Or you could sell the lion meet for GB's and buy a few Cotton Root Barks (CRB). Hope this helps.
