I really love the Angelic Cheetah marking that my king has. I was looking in the trades for some lionesses that had 100% Angelic Cheetah as well, and thought I found a good match. When I scryed for some possible cubs, none of the cubs shown had 100% Angelic Cheetah. I thought that if both parents had 100% of the same marking that they'd give cubs with that marking at 100% each time as well. Apparently this isn't the case?? 0_o Is there a way to make sure I can get 100% in that marking without using an opacity changer? Thanks for the help! ^^ 0 players like this post! Like? |

opacities get randomized no matter the % of the parents - I'm not completely sure but I think the range of difference is about 10 or 20% up or down the only way to get a marking to pass at the exact opacity as the parent is by using an ochre gnawrock which is absolutely not worth it for an applicator marking Best way is to breed 2 lions with the marking in the exact same slot and hope or possibly use an opacity change after or use the marking applicator for it directly 0 players like this post! Not at all, marking opacity has no affect on marking passing. Opacity is just how strong that marking looks, but 1% and 100% have the same chance to pass. If the marks are in same slot, the chance to pass it is pretty high, around 80%. But if they're in different slots, its only around 40-50% that the marking will pass. 0 players like this post!
