Both lions and lionesses! They all come shaded unless you dont want it, this however wont lower the price.

I'll do both ingame lions and outside, as long as you provide a direct image link.

Yes, the base can be altered! Such as fur lenght, claws, ears, tail, etc. Anything that does not require an entire makeover does not add to the cost :)
