Finally, Ive delivered on my promise of a Dawn x DUSK (my suggestion) combo base!

There are a few ways this base could be implemented but my HEAVY preference is no limiting factors.

If it must be limited Id like it to simply be July locked, no day/night or weather restrictions.

Proposed Factors are: Sunset / Prismatic / Rough Ruby / Cassis / Dusk x Heavenly / Sunrise / Sunkissed / Azalea / Dawn
