Tied to Midnight eyes and Plum skin (I feel like Echo skin is overused in July bases)

THIS IS LIODEN!! We have TONS and I MEAN TONS of bases that are almost identical, granted, those are normal NCL bases. I would be surprised if this looked like another base too much

"July Base?"

I just love the colour blue, especially when it's dark but subtle. It would be a July Celestial Raffle base but I'd accept it as anything honestly. If this ends up getting added, I'd be very happy if the stars were bolder and more abundant since I did an *okay* job at adding some. I think this base would really go well with all the July decor we have!
