I know that there's already a lot of bases, but I came up with a new base, that could be a combo base:

Demifrost! (or Lightning (Strike) as suggested!)
I haven't thought of a proper name yet, as the first version I made was based on Hoarfrost and Demiurge.

Shade: Black Light Countershaded Special.

And I know that that's a lot of possibilities, but I'm not sure what to settle on. More is less, right?
