If you don't feel like reading the reasoning, just read the headers. <:) What does the 'Roar' really do right now? This a question that constantly bothers me when I get into fights while out exploring. Each option has its own use. Swipe-> An attack Bite-> An attack (to break from the norm of swiping, paws do get tired after all) Flee!-> ... (I feel this one is self-explanitory) But 'Roar'? What use does it serve? Assuming it doesn't work, you give your opponent a free shot at your health points. Assuming it does? ... What? What happens? It does nothing!Your lion just engages in a momentary stare off with his opponent! I understand the need for opulent machismo in a game controlled by male lions each attempting to grow their own lioness harems, but shouldn't this function at least do SOMETHING? Why not have the Roar function allow your lion to regain a few hit points while the attacker is frozen? This ignored tool now could be something players put to good use against a stronger opponent! It would make sense as well - the lion gets a chance to regain his breath in battle while the attacker cowers. While the 'Roar' function doesn't do anything NOW, it could potentially be the best! Well? What do you all think? Come on, Lions! Let's hear you Roar in Support! |

Sometimes when I roar, it makes the one i'm battling run in fear ^^' It comes up with a message like "Your roar made the enemy run, tail between legs! Who's the king of the jungle now!?" But a new attack to heal a bit is a good idea. ![]() ![]() Edited on 13/04/13 by Raksha (#8106) |

I support this. :) I feel the same when playing Pokemon, using roar is really useless in trainer battles, as it just draws out a full-health Pokemon. But anyways, yes, I agree. :p ![]() |
