The Cub Adventures! Hey everyone, so I just kind of got this idea and haven't really thought it all the way through yet...but bear with me! I feel like there needs to be something in the game that makes all the cubs have more of a purpose, so I thought why not come up with something like adventures to send them out on to accomplish something? Maybe Lioden could play around with the idea in terms of what they'll actually do on these adventures, but here's a couple ideas: -practice hunting and earn skill points(Lioden would determine how many are earned/how frequently) -go on a scavenger hunt for toys,or maybe even new little items to introduce to the game -play a mini-game to earn a few SB(here's where a lot of cute ideas could be thrown around) I think having the cubs learn skill points while they're cubs would be more realistic since in real life they need to hone their hunting/fighting skills. I just feel like the game doesn't really value cubs as a whole, they're just there until they're adolescents and even then until they turn 2 years old and are useable for hunting or breeding. So maybe this could be for cubs AND adoles? Or maybe adolescents need to have a bigger role in some other way as well? Thoughts on this? Twelve days(plus another twelve of adolescence) is almost a month in real life time...and it's quite a long period of time for these youngsters to just be sitting around with no role to play on everyone's accounts. This could be a fun new way to have an opportunity to maybe gain a few more skill points and SB...but at the same time, being true to what lion cubs in the real world do until they're mature. Feel free to chime in with some more ideas or ways to expand on this idea, or just support it and see if Lioden would come up with a twist on this! Thanks for reading, Empress:)  |

i totally support this. Cubs like you said don't do anything on this game, where as in real life they get into all sorts of things. They not only explore but they chew on things, play with siblings/cousins. And even try bugging their father. I really like this idea. It would give the cubs something extra. However i'm going to add something extra on this. For cubs how about they can explore, collect sb (Beetles), Play etc to gain some skills for when they're adolescent's. When they reach adolescent's they should be allowed to hunt with the females and shouldn't take up any space on the hunting page at all. This includes adolescent males as well. They don't actually give you prey but they earn skills and stats along the way? Adolescent's do join in on the hunting at this age. They even get left to fend for themselves for days on end so that they can hone their skills as successful hunters.  0 players like this post! Support! It would be awesome to be able to use adolescents in some way and help them increase stats in some other way other than just playing with and feeding them :) Also i think if lioden decides to bring it in maybe they could operate it on the same system as the claw sharping so there would be a limit in place? or perhaps open to being unlimited like the hunting? Either way would be a bonus and it would make our adolescents more valuable! 0 players like this post! Like? |

I support I think that there should be several options; one for either gender cubs under a year of age plus a gender specific one for adolescents that help them prepare for adulthood. I love Suica's idea for bug hunting/collection for cubs There's already a lovely idea for adolescent lionesses with practice/training hunts For adolescent males, perhaps practice fights with other male adolescents and/or perhaps they could tag along on patrol with the sub. males when the patrol feature is introduced. 0 players like this post!
