Kestrel

3rd Mutie!!!

Kestrel was born to a roaming lioness after she briefly took up residence within King Tarkus' pride. Soon after her birth, her mother decided to leave the pride to return back to her wandering ways, leaving young Kestrel in the care of her father Tarkus. Kestrel never minded, however, as Aurelia quickly took over to mother and raise her. As Kestrel grew, it was clear that she was different from most lionesses, as the older she got, the more prominent of a ridge of fur grew along her spine.

Kestrel always had a lot of energy growing up, and was thrilled when she was finally old enough to tag along with the older lionesses during the hunts. Now that she is old enough herself, she has proven herself to be a fierce and quick lioness, and while she still has some to learn about hunting, she is eagerly doing so. One of Kestrel's favorite past times is to travel out to the field near the edges of the Pride's territory, where a strong wind is always blowing and birds of prey roam. Here, she enjoys racing at full speeds, pushing herself to go as fast as she possibly can, and enjoying the feeling of the wind through her fur.
