-LOCKED - We're back up...

Hey all,

It's been a very long afternoon/evening/night for us. We had a huge glitch regarding the expiry of trades. Because of this, we have temporarily disabled trades expiring. We worked out that an extra 2,000,000 (million) SB and 5,000 GB had been glitched into the game, which potentially could have crashed the game's economy. After an hour or two of deliberating over the best course of action, we made the decision that we had to roll back to the first backup before the bug happened. That was the morning of the 12th November. We have fortunately been able to save all forum posts, in-game messages, modbox issues, and event progression.

Unfortunately we had to reset your SB, GB and event currencies to what they were when the game backed up on the 12th November. We have also reversed all trades that happened during that time, as well as any lionesses claimed, stats gained, and so on.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience of being down today for several hours, and for having to roll the game back almost two days. Hopefully you'll understand what kind of impact this could have had on the game if we'd let the extra money stay.

If you purchased GB between the 12th November and now, and they have not been restored to your account, please send me (Abbey, #1) a message with your PayPal Transaction or Receipt ID and I will retrieve them for you. They may not be restored instantly, but you should see them back on your account within 24 hours. (Please copy and paste the ID directly into the PM, it's much easier for me to use than a screenshot!)

We can't refund anything except GB purchased directly from us. This includes GB you earned in trades, items, alternative currencies, NCLs, etc.

Abbey, don't be so harsh on yourself D: We all know that Lioden staff does so much for the game, and you guys aren't suddenly bad because of a glitch! ^^ I swear, LD staff is THE best staff I've seen in my entire life ;w; All of you are so nice to us! <3

I'm grateful to you admins, xylax, abbey, Clayton, kitty. Things happen, and you made the correct executive decision. Some sacrifices had to be made, I'm sure we can all understand mishaps. Great work on getting everything in running order again, and as always, you have full support from me. =}

Question!

Did GB earned from studdings done today or yesterday get refunded? Because I'm looking at my GB count and my GB spending history and I SWEAR I have the same amount of GB as I did this morning...

I did buy a Marking Remover yesterday (which I used on a lion that has his marking back) and the Marking Removal is not back, so maybe I'm miscalculating my GB? I just don't want to rip anyone off from studdings they paid for fair and square. >_<

EDIT: I just realized I bought an Eye Changer yesterday, and with four studdings at 1GB each that should make up for the discrepancy. So... question answered. xD

Thanks for your work on fixing the problem. Though, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't disappointed-- yesterday I gained 2 impression levels, completed 3 shaman quests and went on about 6 hunts. I'm pretty annoyed that I have to catch up to that level again.

But I'm glad the issue was fixed, so thank you.

Firstly - thank you guys, for fixing the problem and keeping us all informed. I didn't do muchlast night (my time) so thankfully I haven't lost all that much - I realize i'm one of the 'lucky' ones in that regard.

Having said that though.. I'm sure I had 4GB. I have none now... o.0 Is that somehting fixable/retrievable?

It sucks to lose the progress, but you guys definitely did the right thing, Abbey. That much extra currency in the game would be a disaster. :x
