| -LOCKED - Maintenance off and Rollback by 6 hours | |

Hey all, Some time this evening, Lioden encountered a hard drive fail on its database server. The admin team have been working tirelessly since then to try and correct the situation and retrieve as much data as possible from our daily backup. Fortunately we were able to restore most of the data back to this morning, but unfortunately we lost all your private messages, user logs and friend requests. The server has been rolled back to 2.53 am Lioden time February 4th. Anything past that moment is gone, thankfully that is not even half of a day of gameplay. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and will strive to right the situation by investing in new ways of doubling the protection of our servers. For anyone who purchased Gold Beetles today after 2.53am Lioden time, please send a message to Abbey (#1) with your PayPal Transaction or Receipt ID in text format (no screenshots or images) and she will work to restore your GB to you as quickly as possible.  EDIT: If you are sad that you lost awesome deals on trades, visited studs etc, check your browser's history and lioden links you visited during those 6 hours. What if I had 8 GB spent on the oasis (GB got from 2 other users) for my lion and now I don't have the GB OR the marking & base I changed?? I just lost my items i traded to get the GB for nothing :( 0 players like this post! Like? |

@Mabel: Unfortunately, we are unable to return the currency, customization, or items to you. :( The only GB we are able to replace are those that were purchased via donation. Otherwise we are unable to return it. I am very sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused! Due to the rollback, it got past where I fed a few of my lions and those ran away now >.< ... I've sent Xylax a PM, hope he can help ;3;. Wish they would have disabled rollback, like with the money bug fix, because for some the foodpit doesn't help, when the lions run away ;_;... Had to buy 2 of them, on my own, though blergh x.x, because they are in the hunting party and I need them to level and get stats and most importantly bring home the food. It seems all of my sold lionesses have returned to me, but I still have the money for them.... Does this mean who ever bought my lionesses/cubs yesterday with Silver Beetles doesn't have them anymore and is down money? Because that would be pretty sucky. Also I seem to have a male cub that I was selling poof into thin air. Any chance I can get him back? Though it is also possible he sold and my inbox was just wiped clean, but all the other sold ones returned to me. Other than that, I haven't really lost anything significant and it is, after all, a game :) thank you for responding so quickly yesterday. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Kaloni -- If you bought the cub after 2:53 AM Lioden time on February 4th, you'll have to figure out who you bought it from and buy it again :c Lioden was rolled back to the backup that was created at 2:53 AM, so unfortunately a lot of people are in the same situation.
