New layout!This wonderful new layout is a step into more friendly interface for PC users, iPad and mobile users! Everything is very flexible, the colours are less brown-boring now. The new layout is intended to be a lot more mobile friendly - there are some areas we're aware of that are buggy, but they should hopefully be fixed in a few days. Yay for mobile! We hope that before you state "I hate this" you browse for a few days and see if you actually enjoy the changes! Every change is affecting your daily routine so obviously it's gonna be different for a while. We believe this layout is easier on gameplay, colours vibrant and positive and the background is very exciting! EVENT now has its own separate tab, and FAQ next to it is something I have prepared for new users or common questions - if you think of any common question please PM me, I will be editing the FAQ few days a week. If you notice any issue with new layout please report to This Thread Remember that your personal Den .css coding is not going to be working in new layout, you need to edit it :x  SYC boardsWe are taking off Sharpen Your Claws forums temporarily due to neverending arguing. We have noticed there's a trend of people reposting same controversial topics worded in a very specific manner just to get more fights between players. We want to see how Lioden's community will act without the venting boards, without the aggression. If you want to share stuff about your friend's death, that would belong to 18+ forums, if you want to complain about your lions being lazy and not bringing food, Free-For-All would be great, etc. But some topics will now stay off Lioden and we want to keep it that way for a while. I hate this layout a lot :/ It hurts my eyes. And now all of the Chatter, Explore n Hoard buttons are all switched around, so that is messing with me. It's way to bright... We should have the option to switch back to the old layout. This one hurts my eyes so much... And it messed up my CSS code bad... on the game Dragoncave, players can switch the theme, there is even a portal one. I feel like I'm playing on a mobile device and I'm not. The pride tables are WAY to huge. I can't play LioDen if it hurts my eyes just to play it ;-; 0 players like this post! Like? |

New layout is a bit of a pain on the eyes, and I miss the old picture of the lionesses hunting at the top of the page. I know it hasn't even been a whole day yet, so there's still more that can be done, like fixing the hunting glitches. Otherwise, it looks great! I appreciate the website and the effort to make it more easily accessible to all players. Just please be aware that the brightness/color contrast of the new layout can do physical harm to some people, such as severe headaches or even seizures. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Hmm...not a friend of the new Layout. I only saw it from the mobile now, later I have to see it from my laptop...but I think lioden looks more friendly before the update. But hey...let's wait. Maybe it isn't so bad. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Maybe this will change over the time, but right now I must agree with some here. Everything is way too big now, it kinda hurts. It may be good for mobile, but not for the ones that use a PC. And there's too much white, especially in the den (it's hard to see/find the newborn cubs) and in trades because the color transitions are gone. Maybe there could be an option in on of the next updates to switch the layout ^^. On the other hand I really like the new Breeding Info. 0 players like this post! i can't find the lioden time on this new layout T.T i need to know what time it is before i do my rollovers so i don't feel like i'm aging my lions an hour before the next rollover i have been skipping days so i don't feel like i am wasting them and i miss the time being easily accessible other than that i can give this a try 0 players like this post! I always play Lioden on my iPad, yet this layout is making it harder to play in my ipad. The old layout was much easier to see and move on, even though I know the new layout was purposely for mobile uses. I agree with others here that there should be a layout switching button or something. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Okay, my first post was from my Side Account, from my mobile phone where I already said that I am not a fan of the new Layout. Now I am on my main, on my PC, and I still don't like it very much. The den is too big, maybe it would be fine for users who play on the mobile phone, but for users which play on the PC this is not the best. A other thing is, the old Layout looks more friendly...more like a game. This one looks a little bit like business or a roleplay forum, but not like a game. All in all this Lioness isn't bad, it looks nice too, but I think the first one looks better and more friendly. This one is nice for mobile phone players, and the first one more for us. Maybe a Button where we can choose the Layouts. I saw that in other games, and it works good. Thank you for the updates. :) 0 players like this post! Like? |
