In regards to last Friday's update here - LINK We have decided to change Albino genetics into still being a random occurence, but it has a chance of passing now if one parent is Albino, and that chance is higher if both are Albino. We also switched Fiery with Fulvous (from gold to red group, wiki page will be updated today soon). Not all of the bases may be in groups that you guys would want and seem more fitting, but these are where they will stay, per our decision. Please bare in mind everyone has different opinions about this. But on this occasion, we agreed that Fulvous would do better in Fieryโs place, and so they are switched. Something extra We saw a very cool suggestion today and we've decided to implement it since we're updating genetics anyway - on Lion's page, Genetics will now display in a new line.   0 players like this post! @Ronaai I don't understand? There is a white base as well? :x As a note, Alma and I worked TOGETHER on her genetics model to incorporate it into something wholly suitable for Lioden. Mediums were removed because there simply wasn't enough bases to justify it without causing a hell of a lot of categories to have no bases in them at all. The color groups were shaved down to 4 because it made more sense (Just like black, blue, chocolate and isabella works in a lot of other species) and also for the reason above. I'm sorry if you feel the system you voted for wasn't put into place, but we did say that it would never be an exact copy of whatever was voted for, and that we'd throw our own spin on it. I personally think it's a great system. :) 0 players like this post! Like? |

I think it's a great system too, Kitty!! You guys did a GREAT job finding a way to have breeding make sense, without it being crazy complicated! I am pretty happy to see things like Albino become harder to get, but by no means impossible. It makes the rares somehow /better/ if they're rare because they pop up in specific color ranges, and not just randomly! I am really happy you guys have added this new thing too, to help us know where our Lion's breeding lies! 0 players like this post! Like? |
