Ah you're so nice c: I love accents, and I adore the idea of my dogs--irl and in the rp--having them. Plus it makes the roleplay unique. Realistically a bunch of wealthy people aren't going to have run of the mill labradors and corgies. {No offense to anyone who has them} A lot of very nice, sort of expensive dogs come from foreign countries, especially show dogs. Actually, my parents got a very gorgeous Hungarian Frenchy :3 they're not rich though XD

Don't forget other countries have dogs, too ;) Mine just happen to line up with the country they come from and the accent I wanted them to have. But there are plenty of dogs all over the world, of every breed and such. Although there are certainly regional differences with dogs. But this is an rp, so do what you want ;)
