Getting up yet again Espen trotted to the challenge arena and sat on one of the large rocks that marked the boarder, Omega seemed a little organized with his fighting, but Kashi had inflected damage to him just the same. Yawning she called out to Nova to worry about wounds later it was natural in her blood to continue fighting when a healer,like Nova, says to pause, shaking her head she settled down a little and continued to wait for the fight to end

Kiba/ Male/ Warrior
As soon as Nova was done with her little rage and Raven had left his side, Kiba sprinted to his sisters side. He looked her over, circling her and sniffing at her fur hear and there. Gently licking her muzzle he cuddled up to her. "Don't ever scare me like that again! What were you thinking accepting a challenge while injured!?" he questioned while resting his head over hers. Some of the worry in his chest died when she just huffed and let him coddle her.

Kashi/ Female/ ?
Feeling utterly worn out already, the female just dropped to the earth once Nova finished her little temper tantrum. Happiness sored in her heart when her big brother came to her side. His fur warmed the chill she felt and it was nice to have him near her again. "You were busy and I wanted to do it on my own." She felt a little stupid for forgetting about her injury but she only tucked herself into Kiba's side as he helped her get up.

Kiba/ Male/ Warrior
"Never forget that I am your knight. ok Snow white." He told her using his nickname for her. "I'm never to busy to protect you. Come rain or shine..... even if I have a mate" The male added helping his only family back to their den. She was nearly asleep on her feet and he felt proud that she could feel safe enough with him to fall that way. 'I'm not going to leave you behind ever again' he thought as he passed into the entrance of his their den. "Nova's just gonna have to suck it up and make a house call" he laughed to himself as he lay his sister down.

Kashi/ Female/ ?
Resting on the grasses and furs that made up the bedding in their den, Kashi lay on her side watching her brother as he pulled some more furs from a stash on the other side of the room. Once he seemed satisfied with the arrangement he joined her on the furs and lay protectively around her before they both drifted to sleep.

Seeing as Kashi did not go into the healer's den, but he did, enraged him. "I object, why is my opponent allowed to to to their own den, yet i must be kept in this one? And it is no use to heal a wolf if they will be injured once again after the fight. It's best to let us fight, then heal us afterwards." Serkahri said to Nova. Without waiting for an answer he trotted towards Kashi's den. "Hello, it only wastes time to be healed, then fight and get the same injuries to be healed again. i say we continue the fight. If not, I will think of you as a wuss." he informed her as he got there. he was being entirely sincere, for anyone who backs down from a challenge, especially a higher-ranked wolf, is indeed a wuss and not worthy of their rank.

Waking from his lite sleep, the male checked to make sure Kashi had not done the same. Once he was satisfied that she had not woken, Kiba staked toward the male standing in the entrance of their den. "I don't care how desperate you are to rise in rank, pups on the way or not." He growled and his fur stood on end letting all his scars become visible. "You set one paw in this den before Nova give the all clear and I'll make sure your a permanent resident in Nova's den."

The wolfs threat hung in the air for a moment before the soft call of "Kiba..." from Kashi made him turn. "Leave him be, He has a family to worry about providing and protecting just as you do." Kashi said from her place on the furs. She turned her attention to Serkahri and gave him a sad look. "I'm not opposed to just giving you the rank......"

"I am not asking you to just give it to me. I am asking you to fight for it." Serkahri huffed, glaring at the two of them. This was very brave for him, considering he was an omega. "I'll have you know that Kashi and I have undecided ranks, so I am not an omega at the moment. That means you cannot spar with me, for you can only spar wish an omega. You may go to the alphas and ask for proof. Your scars do not scare me." he spat out as well, bravely stepping into the den, tail erect. Serkahri bared his teeth in anger. "And we all have someone to protect, but you must accept that they will at some point get hurt. I know my pup or pups will at some point, but it shall not be now, for they have done nothing wrong." he added in as well, his bleeding chest visible.

( sorry if I haven't been posting much or posting log responses, I'm honestly not sure hot to jump into the rp properly and I don't want to force my character into anything you guys are doing)

Seeing as the others had left Connie had silently followed behind until they reached the camp. Once there she stared back to the entrance wondering if she should go and hunt something down or maybe try and figure out a way to get her power to activate, it would giver something to do at least. Her icy blue eyes looked down as she sighed ' man I'm kinda pathetic, I haven't even gotten my power yet and I'm a warrior! what good can I do without a power'

Smaller mistakes are probably because I wrote this on my tablet....

Nova | 4 years 6 months | Female Healer

Nova felt the strong emotional anger drain out of her as Makeera nodded her head in silent agreement to her declaration. She had been afraid that the ranks above her would demand to continue the fight but luckily Makeera at least seemed to be in agreement with her statement. She was glad that Makeera had agreed, if she had not things could have deteriorated fast in the pack ranks with wolves only challenging higher ranks when those wolves where wounded. Nova gave a dismissive glance the lead female fighter who had told her to get out of the way and let the fight continue. Fight! Ha,that was exactly the word for it...not a dual or a challenge,but a savage unrelegated fight....the wolves should just start being able to use powers if they allowed wolves to fight with varying wounds.

Shaking her head in disgust, her initial fury under control once again Nova followed behind the other wolves only to watch as Kashi and her brother went to their own den instead of the medic den. Did Kiba not want his sister to heal properly? Nova watched as Serkahri followed them into the den and demanded to continue the fight. She understood that the soon to be father was desperate,but did he not understand that he was going against not only the healer.. but the alpha as well? That continuing the fight would endanger the pack as a whole? Nova let out a growl of frustration and looked around spotting Duke he was the only other wolf with at least some basic knowledge of the art of healing. "Could you go and treat the wolves that went to the medic den? Tell them to clean off their wounds and get rid of the clumps of fur. I'm going to see if I can get these bikkering pups to settle down and start acting like their age." Nova studied the big males eyes willing that he understood the urgency of the situation and that he would take responsibility for the injured wolves in the den. I will have to thank him for at least seeing the problem of fighting with wounds though I suspect his concern had more to do with Kashi, Nova thought as she turned and trotted toward the twins den. Walking in silently, unnoticed by the other wolves partly due to her powers and partly due to her age and training. She listened to the fight gauging how she would react to the situation now that her emotions were under control.

Making a decision Nova reveled herself stepping out of the corner making it seem as if she had appeared out of no where. Quietly she looked at Kiba who stood protectively over his severely injured sister. " If you care for your sister, Kiba ,you will take her to the medic den immediately, obviously you do not know the severity of a wolf having broken ribs." Nova spoke with quiet authority, another reason she was ranked as healer. She clearly saw the concern the wolf had for his sister and willed that he would understand how injured she was. With a startlingly quick and silent movement, Nova pivoted on her hind legs her years of training coming into affect as she grabbed hold of Serkahri, easily unbalancing the bigger wolf as she dragged him out of the den by the scruff as his neck. She made sure to keep him off balance but on his feet as she brought him out into the clearing knowing from past experience that the surprising attack would confuse and dizzy him making it impossible for him to get in a solid blow. Making sure she did not break his skin with her hold, Nova let go of Serkahri as fast as she had took hold of him the process taking only a few seconds.

Standing around five feet away from him Nova growled condescendingly at the younger wolf... she was tired of his disrespect even if it was caused from worry about his new family. "Do you not understand that letting wounded wolves fight would allow a wolf to challenge any wounded wolf he or she wanted including the alpha? I could honestly care less if you two foolish wolves ripped each other apart limb from limb, but I will not let you endanger the stable make up of the pack ranks. I understand that you are worried about you mate and soon to come offspring that is why I declared you unranked until you and the one you challenged can fight! No one can harm you or your mate while you are unranked I will personally take care of them until you can get a formal ranking. If this is not enough for you then I can make this fight fair by personally breaking your ribs." Nova said quietly, all trace of her former growl gone the complete disregard for the choice the wolf in front of her made obvious in her eyes if not her cold voice. The change in Nova from the laughing and humorus wolf she was in private was unbeleivable...if anyone had known she could actually be a fun loving and affectionate wolf, but of course no one had gotten close enough to her to find that important fact. This knew behavior was not a act though, it was just as much a part of Nova as her fun loving side and it was the actions of the wolves around her that had brought it to the surface. It was foolish wolves like these that endangered those around them and until Serkahri gained some common sense Nova would continue to view him as a danger instead of a strength...as one worthy of no respect. Nova waited, standing deathly still as she listened and watched for Serkahri's response. Ro landed silently on Nova's head staring at Serkahri with fathomless black eyes as if the magpie was also waiting for the young wolf's reaction.

As the healer grabbed Serkahri by his scruff, eh could not get his balance. He could not make a blow as well, since the female had a strong grip on him. Instead, he kept growling and snarling the whole way. When he finally reached the den, he took a seat on one of the beds. The herbs was an unfamiliar scent to him, as he usually succeed in hiding his wounds. He had no response to what Nova had said to him/ Not thinking about what it would mean, he barked back, "Well, my mate and pups mean everything to me. Don't you see, that I need the hunter rank, not for myself, but for my mate and pups. I eat last, it also means i take food last. Angel needs me to bring food for her and her pups, and if i am an omega, i cannot do that. It's simply a bleeding chest, and ti doesn't even hurt anymore. How were Kashi's ribs even broken in the first place?" He did not bother to speak after that.

Angel padded into nova's den and smiled " may I have something to make the pain go away?" She asked seeing her mate. The hunter sat down and awaited to medic to see if she had anything due to her pups were due tomorrow at any time. She smiled at her mate and nuzzled him" they are due tomorrow" she said

Upon noticing his mate enter, Serkahri smiled back. He wondered if he would be able to see the new pups tomorrow, and how long he would have to stay at the healer's den. "Angel, I am trying to become a hunter for the greater good of you and our pup or pups. If i am a hunter, I can bring food for you at your command." he said, slightly groaning as the wound on his chest started to hurt again. Looking down, he noticed it started bleeding more. He really hoped Nova didn't know, though blood had a strong smell, so that was highly unlikely. He sighed loudly once again.

Angel smiled and nodded " I know I watched the battle " she said. The female licked his wound to make it stop bleeding until nova fixed it up. She yawned a bit and lauded down waiting for any herbs or berries.

The timber wolf walked out the camp deciding it was best to try and see if she could at least try to activate her power. With her head held high with determination she walked towards a small clearing she had found and began practicing her fighting moves on some of the spare trees believing her power would be more physical considering that's how most everyone else's powers were. Connie kept attacking the tree for a good while, not even paying attention to the scrapes she was getting from the bark of the tree.

The voices of his pack mates rattling against his ears, the male shifted in discomfort, only to growl as the pain in his side flared. It seemed as though the pack had dissolved into a sort of chaos all about him, the declaring of a challenge catching his attention only when the other wolves flooded to the arena. Rahese himself remained where he was -- it was likely that Nova would be present for the fight, to pick up the pieces of the injured wolves when the battle ended. Though he could not watch it, however, he would certainly be able to hear the roaring snarls as the two clashed. And with his ears turned expectantly toward the sounds, he was left in surprise as the voice of a familiar wolf rose over the din, halting the battle in its tracks. "Typical," the fighter scoffed, rubbing his muzzle against his foreleg. Of course she wouldn't let injured wolves fight... even though it's a natural time to take advantage.
Despite his harsh thoughts toward the dark-furred wolf, Rahese's own fur ruffled along his spine as the female's voice echoed coldly from the arena. Anger reverberated beneath the quiet tones, and he could just imagine the fear she was inspiring with the addition of her appearance. Amusement lit in his chest at the thought of the wolves cowering before her, as well as relief. With the two injured wolves, an alpha on the mend, and a female pregnant with a litter of pups, she would surely be distracted enough to leave him alone. Or, so he thought.
At the sound of his name, Rahese's ears pressed forward upon his skull, this time straining to catch every word. Surely, it couldn't be... but it was. Nova's voice called him out, as well, among her list of patients, and a growl rose in his throat as she declared her ability to smell his blood. In the dirt, his tail lashed in agitation, rebelling against the final statement of "now" before the healer fell silent. Ears now swivelling to flatten upon his skull, the male stubbornly flopped flat on his side, expelling a massive huff. Screw Nova -- she wouldn't boss him around. His wound was on the mend, because he could take care of himself fine. Higher rank or not, the she-wolf annoyed him to no end, and for that reason he wasn't about to go kowtowing to her every whim. As he lay there, wallowing in dismissal, his eyes slowly shut, exhaustion barrelling into him like a wall. The excursions of the day, as well as those from the night before, had taken their toll on him -- and had suddenly decided that now was the opportune moment to knock him from his consciousness.

An hour had passed and Connie was still at the tree trying her best to get her power to activate but unfortunately for her nothing had happened. She gave the tree one last claw and let out a yelp as a splinter had entered her paw pad. "Aghh great, a splinter" she shook her head and decided to stop for the day seeing she was getting no where,she padded back to camp carefully not wanting to deepen the splinter anymore. As soon as Connie entered the camp she had seen the lead warrior Rahese passed out. She frowned as she got closer to him, she wasn't sure to either bring him to Nova or not he could have passed out due to his injury but at the same time he could be just peacefully asleep. The timber wolf gently prodded him to see if she could get a response but got none. Still worried about the scenario if he did pass out due to his injury and not wanting to leave him by himself if that was the case she laid somewhat nearby him just in case when he did wake up she could help him. She cleaned off the small amount of blood that had accumulated on her paw pads from her training and tried to pull her splinter out in the meantime, occasionally letting out small somewhat quiet yelps as she did so.

The male slept fitfully for about a half hour afterwards, paws twitching in the dirt around him. His breaths came short and rapid, belying the dreams that plagued his sleep. And, with an abrupt snort, Rahese was awake, quickly swallowing the whimper in his throat. Head swinging upward, his bleary yellow gaze drifted slowly across his surroundings, sleep continuing to muddle his visage as a yawn parted his maw. A haze of fur at his side was his only means of detecting his company, but it was not until the soft yelps of the wolf beside him met his ears that he was fully alerted. Abruptly, his eyes snapped open and he sat up further, lip beginning to curl -- before he recognized the wolf to be Connie, rather than a strange wolf -- or worse, Nova. Her presence at his side confused him, to be sure, but he merely let his head drop once again without a care, now that he knew who it was. His side ached, the pain having reinstated itself when he had abruptly sat up, folding the sliced skin uncomfortably. Groggily, he re-positioned his head and peeled one eye open, peering toward the wolf at his side as she worried her paw. "What are you doing here?" he questioned blankly, voice hoarse.
