Not too happy with this update and I do agree with the concerns of the game getting (EVEN MORE) time consuming (with nearly each update as it seems) and whatnot being raised already in this thread. Once again, I wish the newer people would have been asked again (i.e. make another poll when something is actually finished, if it took a whole year...), but I'm slowly giving up to raise my voice anymore.... The thing that starts to irritate me a bit, is the constant hinting towards the play all/feed all tool. That is 5GBs each 30 days and a lot of us 'normal' users (those who cannot afford to contribute to the site, sadly) won't spend 5GB every 30 days ... It's very pricey, especially when you don't have a good income or regular income of GB, let alone SB => and even if so, trying to trade it into GB is very hard sometimes. Sorry, but it comes around as "buy it, buy it, buy it.... buy our products and spend your moneeh". Maybe that is not intentional, but it does come around as that and it's not just me :| ... Never has it been brought up so many times by staff than in the last few updates. Especially since the GB items are supposed to be luxury items, which you should not need for your regular gameplay, if I recall right. I.e. people should not be hinted towards something, if they seem to have trouble with updates or new additions, which interfer or disturb their regular gameplay or such a feature needs to become SB then and thusly non-luxury. Xy: the only reason I hinted towards it, is because player mentioned they rarely have time to even play with their pride. The Play All tool does NOT raise survival bar to 100%, hence it is not useful for this feature. It raises the bar by 20% only. 0 players like this post! Wow, I can't say how much I dislike the dying cubs thing :/ I'm frequently rather busy and don't have time to tend to things every day as I'd like to. This is rather unfortunate. Broodmothers would be perfect for you then. You designate them once and add cubs to them and voila, no need to think about cubs every day at all. 0 players like this post! I like this update, I've been wanting something like this since i joined, since lionesses form creches in the wild and tend to raise all the cubs in one rolly polly pile of adorable. i have three hunting teams and i was still able to find some lions to be brood mothers, and since playing with the cubs raises their survival I do not feel like this will take any more time for me. since we get to rollover our accounts on our own this shouldn't affect if i go on vacation/get sick/etc. I can't really see any downside for me so i love it! and i'm interested in seeing what is in store for adols! :3 0 players like this post! WEWT! Realism has struck again! *assigns some of her younger lionnesses to be Broodmothers* And i can understand others' issue with this update, but, honestly, I've gotten bored on my pet breeding sites... I mostly just get on there to check my eggs, and talk to the few friends i have there that don't also play LD. Real-life-thing-based RPGs need a good dose of reality, otherwise they become just the same ol' pet breeding sites, IMHO. Can't spell, lol. 0 players like this post!
