re: "I Suck At Art", unfortunately you're probably always going to think you suck. I still think I suck all the time, but there apparently are people who enjoy my work. On top of that, sometimes it's best to post things you think are bad. I did a set of three paintings (the three Legendary Birds from Pokemon) and Articuno's turned out being my least favorite because I felt I didn't capture it the way I wanted it to. When I posted it, it ended up being the most popular out of the three. The one I liked the best was the least popular! It just depends. Everyone has different tastes. It's really really difficult, but sometimes you have to just keep plugging on, even if you aren't getting anyone to look at your art. They'll see it eventually... at least, that's what I'm told, haha. I'm taking commissions but I have only gotten one single client because I'm a nobody. The only thing you can do is just keep posting until people finally notice you.

So I don't get too off-topic, I've been sketching a lot recently because I'm super rusty after not drawing for a couple months. I made two new icons though, one for Lioden (the one of Aveline you see now, over on the left there) and this one of my fursona for other sites:


So really small stuff, but I like them enough. Oh, actually, I finished a birthday picture for one of my friends a month ago or so. Maybe I should just drop my art tumblr here for now since I have a lot of smaller things to show!

I agree with a lot of what has been said XD you're always going to find bits you don't like no-matter what level you're at

I've only been drawing for around 3 years now but I do it everyday and you can slowly see improvement xD I look back at my old work and cringe in horror XD :L

I did heavily reference a picture from google, but honestly it helps with muscle memory to learn proportions..
