As you go exploring the foothills, you stumble upon a cave... Something is obviously inside there, hiding. You can hear it's whimpers and cries, as if its scared and alone. Eyes flash momentarily at you, and you hear more bawling. There's a pup inside.... Why not try to coax it out?

The pup, realizing it has no where to go, slowly begins to come out. It whimpers softly, and then it becomes clear to you something is extremely off with this poor creature. The way it walks is rather odd, but after some soothing words, it finally leans into your hand, and allows you to pet it. The poor thing is so frightened and skinny, but you soon pick up pup, and take it home with you.

Taking a loot about the foothills, it seems Sergio has returned. He's limping pretty badly, though.... Looks like he sprained a wrist. Best to let him have a couple days of rest.... However, his search was not in vain, and you soon find a...what is wrong with this pup? There's no color to it, not a single color. Regardless of that fact, you lovingly pet the pup, its hind quarters wagging.

Oh, you managed to bring in a Drachenhund! The bracelet seemed to attract the creature, but...what's it doing? Oh dear...! It just took your bracelet from you and ran off! You've got two options here...go after the Drachenhund and try to retrieve your item, and possibly tame the beastie, or let it go.
