This is a Discussion and Suggestion Thread for Drachenhund Interactive Adoptables. This thread is for discussing various topics on the Drachenhund species and the adoptables that come from it, as well as suggestions for species, items, explore areas, and what not. Alright, so what are Drachenhund? Drachenhund are a breed of dragon/dog mixes, portraying both species attributes. Their size and weight are an aspect of being dragon, while they sport the noses, ears, and limbs of a dog. Often times they can be seen with horns/wings/claws/different paws. They can come with mutations or none at all. Drachenhund are an original species, created solely by Wolvenflame (#7298). There are several types, most waiting to be discovered yet! Drakynes are known as the males, while Dogons are the females. There is currently only adult male lineart, adult female lineart, and general pup lineart, but more will come. If you have not adopted a Drachenhund just yet, don't fret! You can explore without owning a pup or adult, and you can find one through exploring! Explore Area Polls If you would like to see any of these areas open for exploration and hopefully new breeds of Drachenhund, please cast your vote in the comments! **Needs To Be Updated** Or, if you have an idea for an explore area, please comment that below! Perhaps you could do it for all breedings, but have a sb item for breedings between two owned Drachenhunds to ensure success? I think some sort of population control is in order; breeding shouldn't be a free, easy thing in my mind haha. But, that's just my personal opinion. Also, for wild breedings I think 1 pup per litter is a very good idea haha. You don't want population to boom haha, especially since that also means extra work for you and your partners XD. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Okay, so how about this.... We introduce success/failure rates, but at a 50/50 ratio for wild breedings, and a 75/25 ratio for domestic. This means that there is a 75% chance to succeed, with a 25% chance of failure. To help compensate for this, we'll create an item to either A) Increase fertility, or B) Ensure pregnancy. What are your thoughts? 0 players like this post! Like? |

That idea sounds better. I vote for the item that insures pregnancy. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Yep, I'm liking that a lot too haha. Either item would work fine; you could possibly even introduce both items. The fertility boost could supply a small boost [5-10%] for a smaller fee, and then the item to ensure pregnancy each time, which would cost a little more. Totally up to you though, just an idea <3. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Bipolar and I were just discussing this, too. We could introduce a different item, which could allow you a number of tries in a day. Once this is implemented, there will be a day cool down period if you fail. So, if you do fail to get the female pregnant, there's an item that would allow you to try again instead. What do you guys think? 0 players like this post! Like? |

This is going to sound like a really dumb question, but what is the difference in the body styles of Drachenhund's? I get that the two different ones that are bigger ones male the other female. But what are the little ones? 0 players like this post! Like? |

The little ones are pups. Both female and male pups have the same lines. Dwarfs, as of right now, use pup lines as well. We may, in the future, have separate lines for the dwarf mutation. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Okay I thought that might need the case, but I wanted to ask just in case I was wrong. Thank you :) 0 players like this post! Like? |

Yeah 50/50 for wild breedings so that it is still fair and a higher chance for breeding the drachenhunds we own, since those in the wild do their thing and maybe in captivity they are helped by people or something? 0 players like this post! Like? |

https://join.me/597-795-442 Okay guys, I'm not leaving this open for long. Come hop in and tell me what you think of the new lines. Tell me what you would like to see different, and what you want to see added. I gotta make it fluffy still, so don't worry about that. That will come, I promise! 0 players like this post! Like? |

Okay guys! Added two new items to the shop. Let me know what you think about them. Also, the concept art for the Frozen Drachenhunds have been sent in to Ironheart. I don't expect quick results, as he told me he was going to be very busy, so any pups found will take a while to get pumped out. Sorry for all the delays, but I like to state that RL issues should come first. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Maybe there could be another roleplay where we play as our drachenhunds? Like at the place where all the drachenhunds are kept? I assume they are kept together in a large area with all the biomes inside to accommodate all the animals? 0 players like this post! Like? |
