Sign-Ups OOC Thread :) The year is... Well, that really doesn't matter, does it? All that you need to know is that something is WRONG. Why would someone start an organization like this? We've started to call it "Biohazard" thanks to that symbol they put everywhere... Who do you support? Do you think that this government is fine how it is, with the higher classes protecting the lower? Or are you okay with possible revolution? Will you stand beside it and embrace a new society? --- The setting is a small town surrounded by woods inhabited by elves, the tribes few and far apart. Some humans live in settlements outside the town in the woods, alone. They are shut-ins and don't like to be messed with. Sometimes they come into town and sell things. Weather: Clear. No sign of rain. Season: Spring. Not too hot, not too cold. Feeling in the air: Strangely tense. Don't tell me it's about that stupid injection again?? --- RECENT NPC EVENTS: At a politics debate in the middle of town, a figure was caught on video. The figure's identity is unknown, as well as age, gender, height, ect. Their face was hidden by a gas mask and they wore a hood. They quickly fled, but they left a Biohazard mark on the wall they were next to, spray painted on. It's the talk of the town. Biohazard set off a bomb, injuring a few people. People are already pointing fingers at the elven races. After all, haven't they always hated humans? The elven tribes might not take kindly to this once they find out... The government is offering rewards for people who wish to help in investigations and whoever can give logical evidence to the actions of Biohazard. The explosion has put the spotlight on them even more than before... This action wasn't smart. A member of Biohazard's eyes glow bright red. Character SheetsNo thread generated. The original poster of this RP thread will be able to generate one for this feature.![]() Edited on 28/12/15 @ 18:58:36 by Adamymous ☣ (#68231) |

Kenia|19|She/Her||Elf||N/A ~~~ River|Mentions: Eldrin and Emrios Kenia turned her attention back to Emrios as he started speaking, her head instinctively nodding at his words, "That's why I didn't want to fly," the small elf shrugged, "I didn't want to attract attention if anyone was around." She turned towards Eldrin as he offered her his coat, Kenia's feet were about the only thing that was wet, so she didn't need anything, besides maybe new shoes, but she was fine. She hoped that the other she elf would accept the jacket so that she wouldn't get sick, that was the last thing they needed. Kenia's eyes followed Emrios' to the trees, "Guess so, either that or right here." She turned her gaze to the side of the river that they had just got to. ![]() |

Eldrin||23||She/Her||Elf||Ice Summoning Forest/River||Kenia, Emrios Eldrin forced her breath to slow, her body to calm down. She was shaking from the adrenaline pumping through her, although the other two elves probably mistook it for cold. To be frank, she wasn't cold, it took much lower temperatures to begin to bother her, and her power was to thank for it. Shaking off the small amount of ice that had formed on her fingertips - her fault, for thinkig about it really -, the pale elf accepted Emrios' hand up. "I...." El almost told then she wasn't cold, but that would be tell tale that she wasn't normal, what with the frigid water soaking her clothes and all, and she didn't think she was ready for them to know. "..Thank you." She accepted the jacket, dropping her bag to the ground before sliding it onto her shoulders. Some markings on the back of Emrios' neck caught her icy eyes for a moment before she forced her gaze to his face as she gave him a grateful smile. Nodding, she glanced around. "The river was the border... And I'm sure we've already been spotted, if these elves are anything like where I grew up..." Slowly, she lifted her bag back on her shoulder. "Which way now?" ![]() |

Kenia|19|She/Her||Elf||N/A ~~~ Forest|Mentions: Eldrin and Emrios Kenia nodded as she followed her companions, her eyes darting back and forth as she looked for anything out of the ordinary, she was still waiting for El's answer to Emrios' question, so she kept quiet, just observing her surroundings. She didn't want to be the one to give up their position if they hadn't been seen, nor the one to be surprised by an attack if she could help it. Kenia felt her chest rising slowly as she took a deep breath, her every sense very alert. Her eyes studied the entire forest from the top to the bottom, looking for any movement, she was listening for anything that she might hear besides the birds and leaves, she walked carefully, being sure to not walk into a trap, her entire body was stiff as she cautiously looked for anyone or anything around them. Every now and then she would glance over to her companions, almost making sure they were still there as the three walked deeper into the forest. ![]() |

Arvaya Lúthien Hunter||20 years old||She/her||Human mix||Shapeshifting -- Charlie's House || Tagged: Charlie Aya easily loped after the wrench, leaping into the air and catching it deftly between her jaws. It jarred a little as the metal struck bone, but she clenched it firmly as she shook her head from the shock. There was no way she'd put anything that touched this chemical infested ground in her mouth, so getting it from the air was really her only option. Stepping back quietly, her black pelt seemed to shimmer as she made her way over to Charlie. Glancing at them she bit back a small sigh, wishing she could be alone but knowing the sharp-toothed shut in was her best bet for information. As soon as she got to them she knew something was wrong. Whining slightly. she offered forth the wrench, watching them carefully. When they rubbed their left shoulder, she nudged the wrench into their hand, then circled around behind. As soon as they dropped their hand, she sniffed the air, trying to figure out what was wrong. Were they... wounded? Needing to examine it closer, all of a sudden she reared onto her back legs, gently placing her paws (and most of her weight) on their uninjured right shoulder, while her muzzle made soft puffs across the left. After a second, the wolf dropped back to all fours, coming round to stare at Charlie with those sad silver eyes and whine quizzically. She couldn't tell exactly what was wrong, but she hoped they'd enlighten her. ![]() |

Charlie || ??? || They/Them || N/A --- Location: Forest-Charlie's house/Chemical spill || Mentions: Arvaya As the wolf approached, it was obvious it knew more than a wolf should, especially after it nudged the wrench back in their hand. Before Charlie could say anything about it, the wolf came up behind them and put almost all its weight on their back, and they almost staggered forward. Then they felt the wolf's muzzle sniffing their injured shoulder. No open wounds, but it was almost strained with what muscle there was there. Then the wolf gave them that questioning expression. Well, no getting out of this one. "What's wrong with me? I ran into an elf earlier. She knocked me to the ground and I landed on my shoulder pretty hard. She gave me something go help, and the pain is mostly gone. It doesn't help the stiffness, though." ... Why am I talking to a wolf? Have I gone mad? The thought pressed into Charlie's mind as they looked into the wolf's eyes, green meeting silver. Although I can't say it's the strangest thing I've done... ??? || ??? || ??? -- Forest || Trio of elves As the sound of flapping wings faded away and the trio of elves continued through the forest. Soon, one might notice shapes flashing in the conifers around them. Before anything might be processed, three elves jumped out of the foliage around them. One was an Aerial, a bow ready with an arrow pointing right at the trio, tense and not hesitant to fire if he had to. His brown hair was short and choppy, as if cut off by a knife. His eyes were a bright orange, as that was the trend with Aerial elves. Another was a ground elf, who was holding a dagger in either hand, looking at the trio with narrowed eyes. She had more in pouches that were attached to either leg where she could easily reach them. She was the second tallest, beaten only by the third elf. He was holding a sword, although unlike the others, he didn't have it in a ready position. He had a cold smile on his face as he looked over the others with icy silver eyes, as the color was pale like all ground elves. He took some steps towards the surrounded elf trio. "... So.. What have we here...? ![]() Edited on 14/01/16 @ 07:34:01 by Adamymous ☣ (#68231) |

Eldrin||23||She/Her||Elf||Ice Summoning Forest/River||Kenia, Emrios, Unknown Elf Trio Eldrin rubbed her arms through the sleeves of the jacket, glancing around. She didn't want to tell them her past, but she had walked right into a what could make her reveal it. "Well, there were never outsiders; I can only remember one time when someone not from our group was there. They didn't like anyone... Different. Especially no humans." Her eyes scanned their surroundings as the three of them went deeper into the forest, trying to appear relaxed; something felt off... She had spend enough time alone as an elf in a human world to know when someone was watching her. The only thing was, there was no other evidence than her ceeling of uneasiness. Before long a group of three ambushed them. El spun to face the speaker, a male ground elf with silvery eyes that his smile didn't reach. He was the only one that disn't have a weapon drawn, but that didn't put her at ease. Stepping forwards, the pale elf left her weapons on her belt. "We came to talk to the leader of this territory." She said, icy eyes watching the elf in front of her. ![]() |

Arvaya Lúthien Hunter||20 years old||She/her||Human mix||Shapeshifting -- Charlie's House || Tagged: Charlie Arvaya listened carefully, her silvery eyes glinting, head tilted slightly to one side, slender muzzle pointed towards Charlie. When they tried to make eye contact she instead focused on their nose, knowing it would look like she was looking in their eyes while she actually escaped the discomfort that came with making direct eye contact. As the shorter stranger explained their situation, the black wolf suddenly nodded. She had a pretty good sense of how human muscles worked, after all, in her earlier days of shifting she would return to her human form cramped and sore. Carefully, she padded towards Charlie, gently grasping the fingers of their left hand, and tugging on their arm gently, extended the limb. This would probably be a little sore for the human attached to the limb but if they stretched it out, then hopefully the stiffness would pass sooner than if they just left it. Trotting back to the front, Aya sat herself down, graceful as she coiled her tail around her legs. The linin bandages around her front paws were speckled red from the blood, but the bleeding seemed to be slowing. Tilting her head to look at Charlie sideways, she waited to see if they would understand her intention for them to stretch, or if they would just stand there looking silly with one arm extended. Giving a sharp exhale of encouragement, she waited and watched, one ear flicked backwards to listen to the sounds of the forest around them, the other trained on Charlie. ![]() |

(Sorry I haven't posted guys, I've been super busy these last few days!) Kenia|19|She/Her||Elf||N/A ~~~ Forest|Mentions: Eldrin and Emrios Kenia tensed as the three other elves surrounded them, she was almost ready to pull the string on her bow back, but she didn't want them to be the first to fire, so she waited and watched as Emrios and Eldrin talked to what seemed to be the elves leader. Her eyes would dart back and forth between the three elves, but most of her attention was pulled to the main elf. "If we could do this without a fight, that would be great." Kenia finally spoke up as she took a small step forward, "We need to talk to your leader about something going on with the humans." She spoke harshly, obvious hatred in her voice. It wasn't that she absolutely hated the humans, but she needed these elves to think that so that they would hopefully be less hostile towards the three of them. ![]() Edited on 27/01/16 @ 16:36:05 by Keezy B (#77898) |

(OOC: READ THIS OOC POST Sorry that this reply took a while, something happened that really irritated me and I'd like to address some issues. This will be posted in the Sign-Up thread along with some rules that I expect to be followed for the creation of second characters. First thing's first: What's in the chemical spill? Well, various CHEMICALS. That's right, actual dangerous stuff that people shouldn't touch. If you touch it, it could severely burn you. You shouldn't even breathe near it, let alone live near it (Charlie, I'm looking at you). Next, something about elves. No matter what, elves and humans hate each other. That's right, elves don't associate with humans AT ALL. They don't stroll into town whenever they want or else they could be imprisoned and/or killed. If they get out of that, the elves will shun them. Even the elves that leave society hate humans, they might just not agree with what the elves are doing or something. The elf that left 200 years ago? They hated humans more than anyone, but they also hated elves. They wanted adventure. Even humans hate elves, you know. Only a few are elf-right activists, kind of like a strange case of Civil Rights. These were just some issues that I wanted to address, and more will be posted in the main thread soon. Thanks for reading!) Charlie || ?? || They/Them || N/A -- Forest - Charlie's house/Chemical spill || Arvaya Suddenly feeling teeth enclose around their hand, Charlie almost punched the wolf in its muzzle. It startled them, especially since they were aware of the startling frailty in their bones. They hanked their hand away from the wolf, eyes wide, uneven teeth gritted. "Don't." They snapped, eyes narrowed. Charlie didn't register that the wolf was trying to help them, but instead registered what they DID know, the fact that just a little too much pressure could break many bones in their hand. They turned on their heel and quickly walked back into the house, leaving the door open. Sitting the wrench down, they remembered what they told the elves that had dropped by. Oh my gosh... I just remembered something... I have to be there to see it. A crooked smile slightly appeared on their face as they grabbed a bag. Just for a moment. I have to be there. ??? || ??? || ??? -- Forest || Trio of elves The ground elf with the sword laughed at the statements made, especially the one about the humans. "And how would you know what they're up to, huh? Have you been hanging around them? Oh, if you have..." He allowed his eyes to graze each of them. "We're going to have a lot of fun." The two other elves nodded in agreement, laughing under their breath. "Yeah, tell them, Lance!" The Aerial spoke, grinning. The ground elf, named Lance, simply pointed the sword straight at Emrios. "Hm, who should I cut down first? Unless you give us a good reason not to... Like, for example, how you found us here. We try and separate ourselves from other elves, you know." ![]() |

Eldrin||23||She/Her||Elf||Ice Summoning Forest/River||Kenia, Emrios, Unknown Elf Trio Eldrin had a harder time appearing relaxed when Emrios started speaking, since his words were exactly friendly. She did manage to retain her composure... Until Kenia decided to add in her bit and mentioned the humans. Idiot! What is she thinking! If she could have shot ice from her eyes, she would have with the look she gave the other woman; and rightly so, as the next thing the leader said was even more hostile. The pale elf stepped forwards again, making herself the main focus, hoping to repair the situation before it escalated farther than sword pointing. "We have no love for humans, don't insult our dignity by suggesting we would spend time around that... Filth." She said icily;El was more tolerant mthan more, but she knew how to channel her dislike into disgust when she needed it. Besides, tolerance wouldn't help her here. "We heard some rumors near the last human settlement, and decided that we'd stand by our species and warn you." Eldrin crossed her arms and regarded the three coolly, her icy eyes fixing on Lance. "As much as one tries to hide, a group of elves hardly goes unnoticed by another. We simply decided it'd be best to check out the rumor ourselves so we could warn you if you were indeed here, being polite as we are." The end of her sentence grew a little past cool, but she ignored it, too busy hoping that her ruse would work, and no one else said anything unhelpful. (Lol that ended up really long) ![]() |

??? || ??? || ??? -- Forest || Trio of elves Lance smiled as Emrios seemed to become slightly agitated. "... Interesting. Human settlement, huh? What're they planning now, spilling more chemicals into our home? Killing even more of the forest?" He almost spat as the Aerial eased the bow slightly. The other ground elf huffed, lowering her knife. "Humans are scared of us, don't you see? Those idiots stay in those bright places, almost like they know the place. They hardly dare to enter the woods, they know we're here!" The Aerial, narrowing his eyes, looked back at the trio around them. "Well, all of them seem to be scared... Except for that sharp-toothed jerk. They moved in one day and asserted themself into that chemical spill." The other two elves seemed to agree with the statement. "If we find them out and about, well... Ha..." ![]() |
