------------ Calendar and Weather------------ Month: Sun's Height (June) Day: Morndas (Monday) Time: 6:00 PM Evening Weather: Warm Courier News: "BREAKING! Rumors of Oblivion gates appearing have swept over the lands. The people on the border to Cyrodil report seeing a dragon flying above said gate. However, soon after the gates appear, they seem to vanish, making it hard to believe whether or not the reports of these gates are true or not. We remain skeptical of these rumors. Write us letters and tell us what you think! A letter will be picked and featured in the next paper! 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 02/02/16 @ 19:39:57 by Honey (#55910) |

Emma || 20 || Female || Dark Brotherhood || Solitude: The Winking Skeever || Mentions: (Open) Emma snickered as she read the courier paper. Right. Dragons? Sure they were a pest every now and then, but not nearly as bad as when "The World Eater" was around. Good riddance. However, the mention of Oblivion Gates intrigued her. There was no way that could happen. Martin Septim sealed the barriers between the Oblivion planes and Tamriel. It must've been some nonsense hype. People just loved to get worked up over nothing. She smiled devilishly and crumpled up the paper. Utter nonsense, though honestly, it'd be pretty interesting. Another." She said as she set her mug down. The bartender refilled her cup and just as quickly as it was served, Emma took it and began drinking right out of it again. Ah, taverns. Much more fun than drinking at home. Who cares if she was a noble? She didn't mind being out and public and drinking. Though, she usually kept it classy, that is unless she were to drink too much. "Am I drunk yet?" She mumbled to herself, clearly she was. She swayed a little in her chair with a smug smile on her face as she watched a bard play a lute. She stood up and twirled in her red dress, dancing to the music and then quickly stumbling back to her chair. One more?" She asked the woman behind the counter. But of course, she had been cut off. "Ugh. Fine I guessthhh." She said, rolling her eyes and turning her attention back to the bard. 0 players like this post! Like? |

|| Name: Mukurz gro-Bonkor || Age: 25 || Gender: Male || Groups: None || Location: Dushnik-Yal(currently) Mukurz struck the practice dummy with great force, he trained every day to make sure he didnt soften up. He was staying with the orcs of Dushnik-Yal, being greatful for healing him, orcs were the only people he could really trust it seems. When the hunters had returned with news of a dragon being seen at Cyrodill's border, he scoffed, the dragons were dead, all those skooma heads speading rumors. After training he went to work in the mine, he usually slept later than the others, using his time to pull his weight around the stronghold. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Minx|| Early 20's || Female ||Past: Thieves Guild Current: Dark Brotherhood ||Between Falkreath and Riverwood (A llittle off the main road)|| Mentions: Minx sat crouched by a small campfire, absent mindedly stirring the coals with a stick, trying to coax life out of them once more. She reached into her pockets and produced a very creased piece of paper, a letter that the courier had given her. Apparently it was the end of the world, again. She tossed the paper into the coals, watching as it ignited and became nothing more than scattered ashes. Fear was good in a way she supposed, good for business at the very least. It made people vulnerable and very open to suggestion. She debated whether or not to send her own letter in response featuring nothing but the Dark Brotherhood handprint and the words "We know" Wouldn't that be a hoot. The fire had picked up now, wrapping its tendrils around the wood she had provided. She shifted position, plopping unceremoniously onto her butt with one leg tucked in and the other outstretched. There was little to do but wait for the whistling of the kettle hanging above the fire. She reached into her bag, retrieving a half loaf of bread and a wheel of cheese. With fluid movement she unsheathed her dagger and cut herself a slice of each before putting the remainder away. She nibbled away at her snack, looking to the sky. "Well.. I guess Skyrim's about to get quite interesting at the very least.." She spoke out loud, for no benefit other than her own. 0 players like this post! Like? Raspoaai || 24 || Female, Khajiit || Dark Brotherhood, Nightingales || Markarth: Silver-Blood Inn || Mentions: Nobody Raspoaai normally preferred to mind her own business, so she didn't much like couriers. She had been lazily sitting on the carpeted floor of her room, as she had stopped on her way to Solitude, and lounged in front of a fire. Even though it was summer, she rather enjoyed the fire's warmth as she laid there, wrapped up in an old snow cat fur cloak she owned. The door had slammed open rather fast, revealing a flustered man who looked as if he had encountered trouble. Raspoaai had just simply sat up, giving him a rude look before taking the letter. "Oh, how lovely." She murmured in her soft, quiet voice. "Dragons, yet again." Wait, the Oblivion Plane? Wasn't that supposed to be closed? Eh. She knew how far people would go for attention and publicity, so she figured the notion had just been from some crackpot trying to make some coin. She fingered the Talos amulet around her neck and stood up, going off to get dressed. She needed to head up to Solitude soon, which would take a while on horseback, and she wasn't in the mood to deal with the letter anymore, although she didn't bother to burn it. 0 players like this post! Mukurz || 25 || Male, Orc || None || Dushnik-Yal|| Mentions: After Working the mines Mukurz decided to keep watch, not really wanting to go inside yet, he often wondered why these orcs fell asleep so early, he used to hardly ever have time to sleep, he shrugged it off and sat at the watch tower closest to the gate, he had his bow ready in case he needed to shoot a bear or a wolf, though that was highly unlikely, he sighed thinking over what the hunters said, could a new dragon threat be possible? He scoffed again "Stupid people trying to get everyone in a frenzy" he said out loud to himself, looking off into the horizon. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Emma || 20 || Female || Dark Brotherhood || Solitude > Road outside of Solitude || Mentions: (Open) Even in her drunken state, she couldn't help but think about the possibility of an Oblivion Gate showing up in Skyrim. No, it couldn't be. They were sealed away long ago. Someone was just trying to make money off a scam or something. She giggled to herself. Man it was way too early to be drunk. She was tempted to go the Dark Brotherhood stronghold down in Dawnstar. Maybe she would later. She always wore a mask around the Dark Brotherhood, and when she "acquired" the Nightingale armor, she used its cloak and mask to cover her face. The only person who knew her face in the brotherhood was that Red Guard man, Nazir. He gave her all her contracts. Maybe she'd pick one up. The young woman stood up and stretched, leaving the bar and stumbling out. What would she do now? Explore! Yes! She was totally capable of doing so, right? Drunk shmunk. She was fine. Or so she thought at least. Emma left the gates of Solitude, playing off that she was fine as the guards opened them up. "Heh. Ponies." She said as she passed the stables. She walked down the road, swaying a bit as she did so. Normally she east this air headed, but of course, she was impaired at the moment. She made it on her own for a while until she just sat in the middle of the road, far from home, but close enough that she could still see Solitude itself in the distance. "I use to be an adventurer like you, but then I got abandonment issues and alcoholism." She said to a passing by wanderer. The wanderer only ignored her, walking a bit faster as if they were creeped out by her. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Minx|| Early 20's || Female ||Past: Thieves Guild Current: Dark Brotherhood ||Between Falkreath and Riverwood (A llittle off the main road)|| Mentions: The kettle started singing for attention, bringing Minx back to reality. She quickly popped up onto her feet, stretching momentarily. Carefully, she poured herself some tea after letting the leaves seep for a while. She parked herself on a mossy log, idly swinging her feet while clutching her cup close to her. She sipped periodically, wide eyes scanning her surroundings for nothing in particular. The woods were not particularly busy this evening, in the distance she could make out the shapes of a pair of deer grazing, and a few birds. Thankfully no bandits had bothered her, for which she was grateful because frankly she was not in the mood - and she had just tended to cleaning her weapons earlier. Minx sighed, her puff of breath visible in the rapidly cooling air. She wondered how her dear friend Cicero was doing, and the other members of the Brotherhood. She hadn't checked in for a while. Having to of dealt with a particularly finicky contract that had taken a fair amount of time had kept her busy. Despite that she didn't like hanging around much anyway. Like a cat she would come and go as she pleased and the guild had quickly come to accept that fact. After all the Dark Brotherhood's members were full of quirks. 0 players like this post! Like? Mukurz || 25 || Male, Orc || None || Dushnik-Yal|| Mentions: Mukurz was becoming bored, he gave a angry sigh and headed into the longhouse to get his Orcish armor on. He let the Cheif know he'd be back by morning, grabbed his coin purse, Greatsword, and headed out, walking out from the stronghold onto the road, walking toward Markarth. A courier stopped him and handed him the paper with the announment, he scoffed and crumpled up the paper, throwing it on the ground. He looked around as he walked, an occasional goat ran by and a hawk swooped overhead, before long he was passing left hand mine, he walked further and headed into the city, he walked around seeing if anyone needed work done. 0 players like this post! Emma || 20 || Female || Dark Brotherhood || Markarth || Mentions: Murkurz Hmm... Wasn't there a hot girl named Hroki at that one place in Markarth? She liked the looks of her. Being in the state that she was, traveling seemed like the best thing to do. Who cares if she had no gear on her? Psshhh. It was fine! All she needed was her coin purse, small and tied around her neck like a necklace. The young Nord began moving her hands in a motion, using the little bit of magic knowledge she had to use a spell that'd take her to Markarth. "Hope I don't screw this up." She said with a giggle. And soon the odd feeling of fast travel took over her body. Damn. It was really trippy when you were intoxicated. She brushed her dress off some, walking into the gates or Markarth with a swagger that made her look confident, but clearly drunk. As she looked around, she didn't notice the Orc in front of her, lightly bumping into him. "Oh, pardon me, Ma'am. I mean, Sir. You don't look like a woman, don't worry. You're all manly and grrrr..." She said, pretending to flex. Hopefully he wouldn't be upset. More importantly, hopefully she wouldn't remember the fool she was making of herself. Some noblewoman. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Mukurz || 25 || Male, Orc || None || Markarth|| Mentions: Emma Murkurz stumbled a bit as the tiny Nord woman bumped into him, before he could say anything he noticed how horribly drunk she was, listening to her talk and by how she acted she seemed a bit too out of it, so he wouldnt get that angry. "Yes, I'm a man thanks for noticing" he said sarcastically, he noticed the woman stumbling around as she flexed to show what men do "Uh, maybe you need to sit down" he rised his brow, his horns moved up slightly, she just kept rambling about, "Do you need help or something?" He wasnt too concered, but a few puny guards were staring at her. 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 03/02/16 @ 02:58:27 by Jiraha (#67539) |

Minx|| Early 20's || Female ||Past: Thieves Guild Current: Dark Brotherhood ||Between Falkreath and Riverwood (A little off the main road)|| Mentions: Minx soon polished off her drink and after sitting contentedly in silence for awhile she decided it was high time to move on. She extinguished the fire, pouring her remaining water over it and then covering it with earth until it was no longer smoldering and gathered her things. She took one last look around. She supposed she better collect that contract she had finished.. and have a few choice words with a certain Red guard.. Before casting the spell she quickly and discreetly changed into her Dark Brotherhood gear, she spent a few moments adjusting the face guard (sorry I totally forgot what that bit is called ._.) to sit snuggly on the lower half of her face. Minx cast her fast travel spell, taking to Dawnstar before she could blink thrice. She tread lightly across the snow to the sanctuary, not even leaving foot prints in her wake. Upon entering she immediately hunted down the red gaurd, Nazir. "Ah Minx, back I see.. I hear the Nord Torari was so heartbroken he took his own life.. how ever so tragic " Nazir said in the smooth, ever so sarcastic voice of his. Minx narrowed her eyes at Nazir, snatching her payment from his smug face. " Next Time Nazir.. That there's a request for someone to win over the most arrogant, stuck up, pig-headed bastard in skyrim by playing the role of a helpless, equally idiotic yet adoring maiden who has to spend months stealing his pig heart, acting like he's Sithis's gift to all Skyrim, and dealing with idiocy on such level you seriously consider strolling into the open mouth of a dragon fully seasoned for optimal devouring. You can count on me to stuff you into a dress to take the part. There's not enough septims in all Skyrim to go through with that ever again. " In fact she would of been happy to kill the scum for free without all the acting. But no. Had to follow customer specifics. Nazir simply laughed off her threat, even though she was deadly serious. He congratulated her on another job well done even as Minx warned him he best not sleep too soundly and to enjoy his whole self while he could for he might awaken missing a digit or two. That might make him a little less smug. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Raspoaai || 24 || Female, Khajiit || Dark Brotherhood, Nightingales || Markarth: Streets || Mentions: Emma (slight), Murkurz (slight) Raspoaai wasn't really in the mood to deal with her headstrong Mare, and that was just what would give her trouble. The khajiit dressed herself quickly, donning her knives, and headed off to the stables to greet her black horse, Tara, who snorted in unappreciative greeting. Every attempt the khajiit made to saddle the mare ended in failure, so, against her better judgement, she decided to leave Tara and try again later. She headed back inside, brushing her hair lightly from her face as she entered the city, wondering what the hell she was going to do for the last few hours. She eventually decided to go off to the local tavern, which wouldn't really help her much, as she didn't drink. One person who did drink was present at the moment, bumping into some orc in the streets. Raspoaai sighed softly as she watched the little woman and the orc for a moment, choosing not to say anything, as usual. She twirled one of her knives on her knuckles absentmindedly as she passed them, brushing her hair back again, as it kept flying straight into her face. She merely flicked an ear at the merchant nearby who threw a racial slur at her, attempting to anger her. 0 players like this post! Like? Emma || 20 || Female || Dark Brotherhood || Markarth || Mentions: Murkurz, Raspoaai(indirectly) "Oh no no no no no..... No. I'm totally fine. You see, I have really good coordinations. Watch." She said, reaching into her coin purse and pulling out a single Septim. She tossed the coin in the air, intending to catch it, but instead of bounced off of her forehead. "I meant to do that. That was the trick." She said, picking the coin up and putting it away. Emma felt a sudden unease around her. Seems the guards weren't taking a liking to her behavior. She wasn't really hurting anyone. If anything it was annoying. Normally she wouldn't go around like this, but today must've been a special day for her to do so. "Um actually. I..." She put her hand on her forehead, it was throbbing slightly, but she'd survive. "If anyone asks... Could you maybe tell them I'm your sister or something. I don't really wanna get into trouble." She imagined that the Orc would not want to have to babysit a drunken idiot, but she had high hopes. "I'll pay you. Psst. I'm wealthy. Will a 1000 septims cut it?" She whispered. Her attention focused at the Khajiit walking by for a moment, smiling at her. Man, she thought the cat people were adorable. Of course, she wouldn't say that aloud. She didn't want to offend anyone. She rarely saw any Khajiit around these parts. Though her werewolf senses gave her the ability to recognize scents and that Khajiit's smell lingered for a bit... A fellow assassin? She'd have to greet her later. 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 03/02/16 @ 12:07:17 by Honey (#55910) |

Mukurz || 25 || Male, Orc || None || Markarth|| Mentions: Emma Murkurz raised his brow, 1000 septims seemed just enough to ease his anger, he gave a deep sigh before whispering "If I don't get my money I'll rip your pretty little arm off" he gave a sort of evil smile before raising his arms high. "OK everyone nothing to see here!" He announced as he pulled the woman toward the inn "You all deaf?! I said 'NOTHING TO SEE HERE!'" he shouted trying to look as angry as possible "Come on, uh, sis" he said as he tried to hold the door open, a merchant gave him a look "What are you looking at small fry?" He said furrowing his brow "Never seen an orc with a nord sister?" He glared at him still trying to bring the woman inside. He was a sucker for money and a even bigger sucker for yelling at people and not getting into trouble for it. 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 03/02/16 @ 03:31:31 by Jiraha (#67539) |
