September Event: The Harvest

She nearly burst into laughter with joy but held it back with a happy smile. She snatched up her prey and swept after him until she was back to his side by the freshkill pile. Putting her rabbit and mouse in the fresh kill pike she replied quietly to him alone, "I like you too Whitetail". She said it with a happy but worried tone, like it was what she really wanted to say but was worried about the outcome. She kept remembering Rook, how happy she was with him, and his betrayal. She shoved thoes thoughts to the back of her mind and swiftly licked his cheek and turned towards the nursery.

Snakekit
Snakekit roared with laughter and batted at Aspen'star's ears. "You wanna bet!?" She mock snarled and jumped back to avoid her sister's hidpaws, nipping at Aspenkit's hindpaws as she went.

Whitetail
He dropped all the prey he had been carrying onto the freshkill pile and then stretched. When Quickstep told him she liked him too, he was happy but, he didn't do anything but smile because he could hear she was worried, he didn't know about what but, he wasn't going to ask.. it wasn't his place to and he thought if she wanted to, she could talk to him. when she licked his cheek, he blushed but, no cat could see it under his fur.. he watched her walk to the nursery and shook his head. stop day dreaming.. he thought to himself because he was like a weirdo when it had come to the topic, he headed to the medicine cat den and called in, he needed to change his cobwebs.

Aspenkit

Aspenkit laughed as she hopped up back onto her paws, crouching down, "I'll take that bet" And with that she tackled Snakekit, the two of the, rolling all around the ground.

Darkpaw
Darkpaw heard Whitetail's call from the exit of camp. He was on the way out with his mentor but he didn't think she would mind him helping his clanmates. He trotted back towards the medicine cats den.

Nutflight - Outside of Nursery
Nutflight let out a mock growl, "I'm a badger! And i'll eat both of you if you don't make me your ruler!" she stomped around and bared her teeth like a noisy badger.

Quickstep
Quickstep heard her kits playing and dropped into a hunters crouch. She slipped silently into the nursery and lay down in the nest. Once she looked like had been there the whole time she called for her kits. "Snakekit, Aspenkit, get in here!" She called from the nest.

Snakekit
Snakekit rolled around with Aspenkit on the ground. She batted at ears, nipped at paws, and battered at bellys. She was holding her own fairly well. She didn't hear her mom's call, or if she did she didn't pay atention. When Nutflight growled she tumbled away from Aspenkit and bared her teeth at Nutflight, "No! I will never worship a badger as leader".

Aspenkit

Aspenkit was rolling around, nipping and biting at Snakekit's ears and paws when she heard Nutflight. While she did t hear her mother, or didn't plan to listen she jumped up as well, her fur all fluffed up, and growled, "Yeah no one wants a dumb stinky badger as leader! "

Loneheart laughed a little at nut flight inter acting with Aspen kit and snake kit. *Snake kit and Aspen kit will make fine warriors* she thinks as watches them.

Badger
Badger starts back for the last few rocks in the warrior's den. "After we clear the warrior's den let's get the medicinecat's den done ok?" He meowed picking up a few more small rocks and tossing them out into the clearing.

Snakekit
Snakekit's fur fluffed up and she bared her teeth.
