September Event: The Harvest

Spottedpaw

Spottedpaw chews the horsetail to where it's a poultice. She spits the poultice out and starts to apply it on Quickstep's wound. Then she starts chewing the yarrow.

She nearly hurled at the taste of it.

She spits the poultice out as quick as she could before she would vomit. She puts the yarrow and starts spreading it on the wound. "That should help.." Spottedpaw says, sickly after tasting that disgusting yarrow.

Quickstep had swallowed the rest of her mouse when Blizzardthroat first came over. She had stretched her leg out with a quiet hiss of pain so they could apply the herbs. She sat quietly as the horsetail was chewed. When the herbs were applied she winced and let out another hiss. "Th-thanks Blizzardthroat, Spottedpaw" she meowed nodding to each in turn. "Before you go, you think you could help me back to my nest?" She added with a semi embarrassed smile.

Badger trotted into camp with a plump grey rabbit in his jaws. He deposited his prey on the freshkill pile and padded over to a spot that was out of the way. He sat and watched the camp.

Spottedpaw - App. - Camp

"You're welcome!" Spottedpaw mewed, still trying not to vomit. "And, sure!" She said, flickering her black and ginger tail.

Quickstep shifted her weight and pushed her front half back up into a sitting position. "Just push on that side so that I'm not so...off balanced. Ok?" She asked while she gathered her strength in her good hind leg.

Rootkit stretched and yawned as he looked up at the rock . His eyes gleamed as he hopped out and looked up.

CloudStar

CloudStar stretched out beside AlderFall, blinking her eyes open and waking up. She softly licked his head, then left the den. Without saying anything to AlderFall as she left, she leapt up onto(-whatever it is that she stands on for Clan meetings XD-)and called for the Clan

(I forgot to google what is said so......yeah.......oops XD and I don't feel like gettin' a book. My books are too far away)

Alderfall

Alderfall stirs, opening his eye. He gets up, hearing Cloudstar's call, and stretches before going out into the clearing.

The she-cat's gaze wandered up to her leader. She angled her ears toward Cloudstar so she could hear better as she padded closer.

CloudStar watched her Clan as Misty joined, though she hung back away from the group, clearly unsure if she, being so new, should really be included. Once the Clan was settled, CloudStar started "RootKit, you have reached the age of six moons, and it is time for you to be apprenticed. From this day on, until you receive your warrior name, you will be known as RootPaw. Your mentor will be BlizzardThroat. I hope BlizzardThroat will pass down all she knows on to you."

Blizzardthroat
Proudly the she-cat fluffed up her fur and padded up to Rootpaw. She leaned down to touched noses with him, a joyful glint in her eyes.
"I'm honored to be your mentor Rootpaw, you'll make a wonderful warrior one day and I'll do all I can to help you achieve that." She whispered so only he could hear her sentiment.
