Spottedpaw - Apprentice - Camp (6 moons)

(If im causing any annoyance please tell me pff)
Spottedpaw lays down beside the apprentice den with the mouse. She chomps down on it, shredding its fur and meat. Her ears and tail flicks as she finishes up.

Worriedly the she-cat scanned the camp, she caught Spottedpaw out of the corner of her eye.
"Spottedpaw!" She called out tentatively, "I think I need some help over here, Quickstep's leg wound doesn't look so good."

Spottedpaw - App. - Camp

Spottedpaw's ears perked and looked at Blizzardthroat. She bats away the remains and padded over to the two cats. "What happened to her?" The she said asked. She really wanted to help.

Alderfall stirs awake, looking at Cloudstar's sleeping body.
He puts on a small smile, then moves closer to her.

"Err, she had a run in with a not-so-friendly tom cat. He slashed her leg as she was fleeing," the warrior replied vaguely, " I was hoping you could run to the medicine cat's den for me and grab a bit of yarrow. I would do it myself, but I don't think it's best to leave her alone right now."

The tortoise shell nodded and ran into the medicine den. She came back with yellow yarrow and placed it in front of Blizzardthroat. "Should I chew it?" She asked, flickering her tail.

The she-cat purred, proud the apprentice knew what to do, she replied, "Exactly, but don't be suprised when it tastes like fox-dung." She huffed in amusement. "But before that we have to clean the wound. See that yellow ooze?" The she-cat questioned. She was probably rambling but it made her feel more secure when her clanmates knew some basic wound care.

Spottedpaw

Spottedpaw looks at the wound again before chewing the yarrow. "You're right, I think I saw some Horsetail in medicine den while I was there, i'll go get it." The she cat said, running back to the medicine den to grab the Horsetail plants. She runs back with a few Horsetail stalks. "The yellow ooze could be a sign of an infection, Horsetail should help treat this. Atleast this is what the medicine cat told me."

Thankful she wasn't the only one who knew how to handle battle wounds she sat back at curled her tail around her paws, assessing Spottedpaw as she worked on the injury. "Yup, horsetail first then spread the yarrow over it," she agreed.

Spottedpaw

Spottedpaw chews the horsetail to where it's a poultice. She spits the poultice out and starts to apply it on Quickstep's wound. Then she starts chewing the yarrow.

She nearly hurled at the taste of it.

She spits the poultice out as quick as she could before she would vomit. She puts the yarrow and starts spreading it on the wound. "That should help.." Spottedpaw says, sickly after tasting that disgusting yarrow.
