Thrown off by her apprentice's sudden appearance she nearly flailed into Whitebee. Thankfully Rootkit was still young and his momentum had only caused her to shift so she was nearly crushing Whitebee.
"Rootpaw!" The warrior laughed, she had meant for it to come out sternly but couldn't help herself. "You'll be catching rabbits in no time If you always pounce like that," the she-cat joked. Awkwardly Blizzardthroat stood, attempting not to step on the medicine cat's tail as she untangled herself.

Rootpaw started purring as she got up " no one will be hungry once i start hunting!" . " although i did let a rabbit go on purpose" he meowed, thinking that he was able to go out of camp by himself.

Spottedpaw

Spottedpaw's eyes lock onto a mouse in the grass. Her eyes narrow and she crouches, her tail is high from triumph. She pounces, but too far off. The apprentices' ears ring with the sound of squeals from mice.

"That's alright Rootpaw, remember the warrior code. Take only what you need. The clan is well fed right now, our fresh-kill pile is overflowing, so as long as you had your reasons I can trust it was a good decision." The she-cat reassured her apprentice, wrapping her tail around her paws as she settled herself and licking down some ruffled fur on her chest.

"Well, that was pretty good for an untrained paw" Badger meowed as he padded over to help Spottedpaw up. "You've got to keep your tail down, if you keep it up it can give away your position. Also you can't stalk as long as you have to as long as your quiet. Then you'll have time to aim your pounce perfectly." He meowed encouragingly.

Her thoughts of the unborn kits disappeared at being startled by one of the young apprentices popping up and Blizzardthroat was suddenly pressed against her flank with a paw half onto her back. Whitebee ears flicked at the two speaking though she felt too warm with the warrior being in her space but thankfully Blizzardthroat was stepping back while still speaking with Rootpaw. "You could try hunting birds instead of rabbits" The golden tabby offered awkwardly after listening to the warrior mention they were well-fed which was true, "Their tougher to catch but everyone loves having the feathers for their nest" She went on lightly.

Rootpaw purred and crouched on the ground, keeping his tail curved and his body low. As he crept forwards he made another pounce but he missed the flower he aimed for. He lowered his ears in embarrassment as he looked at Badger. " i decided that i would like it to keep growing" he meowed quickly. He soon realised how stupid that was and started laughing. " well that worked" he meowed.

LoneHeart leaves camp to go hunting. As she pads through the morres she picked up the scent of a rabbit, instantly going into to a crouch she speaks down wind of the rabbit, she caught a glimpse of the rabbit, it was grey, and fluffy, but she sensed something wrong. A tree branch cracks and the rabbit runs, great thread goes the rabbit she thinks, but is more interested in the thing that made the branch snap.

Alderfall

Alderfall wakes up in a rush. Looking around, he breathes in, letting out his air slow.

Theres a loud growl, and loneheart snarls, recognizing the stench of a badger. The Badger leaps out of the bushes and takes a swipe at loneheart's face. She ducks under the badger and rakes it's belly. The badger snarled in frustration and anger and bit down on loneheart's back, she yowls and claws and bites fiercely to escape the badger drops her and rakes her side leaving 3 deep gouges in her side. She yowls in pain and kicks out at the badger, is runs of bleeding only slightly and leave loneheart lay there, bleeding like crazy. Loneheart gets up amd walks leaving a big trail of blood, she makes it to where a patrol can find her, but then she passes put from blood loss. Unconscious a pool of blood starts to form around her body.

Whitebee tail thumped against the ground as she was startled by her apprentice appearance almost right beside her, "Have you've been alright Echopaw?" She asked turning to face the younger cat and tap her nose against the she-cat's ear, "I just brought in some herbs while I was away and you can help me organize them?" She suggested only to pause, "Have you eaten yet? You can help me finish off this rabbit Blizzardthroat caught, be a shame to waste it"
