Pantherfoot was depressed about loosing her new friend so quickly... She couldn't say anything, not now. What about the father of these kits? How would he react to his family's death?

Dewwhisker: "Oh Starclan!" Panther looked up as Dewwhisker raced over and gently touched her now cold body. He looked at Pantherfoot, who refused to look into any cat's face. All she had strength to do was lie down, resting her head on Moonfrost's fluffy neck... It was her responsibility now to explain what happened to his mate and kits.

Poppyfreckle-Riverclan medicine cat

Poppyfreckle headed over to Sunflare , his eyes clouded with exhaustion. "S-sunflare,Moonfrost isn't too great" he softly meowed . His grey and speckled fur was all ruffled, he frowned as he looked back at the sick cat. " i don't think i can even help, i can't help anyone" he growled as he didn't even know if the tom had ran off.

Poisonkit blankly stared at the mouse. He was now sure only the fish was poisoned, but with what just happened, he slowly lost his appetite looking at the food. He thought about what Soulstar said, 'future warriors', but it just never seemed to him that he wanted to be a warrior. Turning his attention back on the mouse, he just let it sit there, not moving it an inch. "I'll eat later, don't worry." He muttered to Wildkit, his dull hues gazing at the small piece of prey, continuing to allow his stomach to growl constantly.

Sunflare

Sunflare says to Poppyfreckle as he puts his voles on the fresh kill pile, "Oh, why? Are the kits coming?!"
He runs over to the nursery, almost tripped over a soft pelt.
Looking down, Sunflare's heart shattered. "M-Moonfrost?"
He looks her over, lifting up her head with his nose to feel her cold as ice.
His eyes go wide, he shakes his head. "No, no, no, no..."
Crouching next to her body, he cried out in agony. "How could you take her from me! How could you take my kits from me! Starclan...!"
He yowls out his anger and sadness, his chest almost bursting from the pain he felt for his mate and kits.

Poppyfreckle slightly shook his head as he realized this chat may not be a good one, the tom slowly turned around as he followed his leader.the tom looked back at his dead clanmate , one that he should have helped. He let his tail drag along as he padded forwards.

Wildkit watched as Soulstar placed a mouse in front of them and felt pride surge through her as she was called a 'future warrior'. The smell of the mouse was much better than the fish and it made Wildkit's mouth water. But she knew that it was more important to have Poisonkit eat it instead. She nudged it towards him, "Then this is for you. Remember that, future warrior!"

"S-sunflare?" Pantherfoot whined. She poked her head into the nursery and saw that he had already found out about his lost mate. A look of anger mixed with agony and grief...
"What should I say?" She thought. She looked down and saw that she still had on one last necklace... It would be a kind tribute for Moonfrost.
A small one with all white flowers and an opalescent shell in the middle. She took it off and presented it to Sunflare...

Beetlekit slowly got onto his paws. He's still a bit shakey, but fine. He stops when he notices Moonfrost's body. His eyes widen and his ears flatten and he runs over to the body in order to mourn the loss.

Without saying a word, he sat up, taking a small bite into the mouse. If he was going to be encouraged all day, he might as well eat, he didn't want to be constantly hovered over just to take a bite out of a mouse. Taking another bite, he looked around, watching the others mourn Moonfrost's death, only to swallow and emit a brief sigh.

" whats the point of being a medicine cat if everyone just dies under your paws, i can't even get a minute of sleep since all i remember is the dead cats that i couldn't help" he meowed as he let his droopy eyes fall down to his paws. "I wish Poisonfur didn't die, he would certainly have done a better job than me" he growled to himself.
