September Event: Warriors Rising

Sunflare

Feeling pain shoot up his leg, Sunflare flies off as the fox flips over. He lands on his leg, yowling.
Not giving up easily, he struggles up, but the fox bites down hard on his shoulder. He yowls again.
Sunflare thumps his good leg up, jabbing it into the foxes stomach, and it growls, letting go of his shoulder.
Sunflare just hopes his cries don't catch the attention of the rogues, that would be the worse handful.

Ravenfeather
He ignored what he thought he had smelled, thinking it was just him and hunted. He caught a few mice and brought them to camp, he put them on the fresh kill pile and sat down near the warriors den. He started to groom his fur, washing his face and just trying to wash up so all the dirt was gone from his pelt. Once he was done, he laid down in a sunny spot and stretched out, relaxing.

He felt restless about what he had smelled earlier.. he ad decided to go check it out.. he walked out of camp and towards the scent, he didn't know it was that far away.. wow, scents carry far on the wind.. he went past Windclan and soon had come closer to where the scents were coming from.. he smelled a Riverclan cat and soon recognized it was the scent of Sunflare, he had to help his friend! He ran blindly and knocked right into the fox without knowing it was so close. He had ran as fast as he could, so the blow disoriented the thing..

Seeing his buddy Ravenfeather, Sunflare was momentarily shocked.
Shaking his head, he nips at the foxes' legs.

He figures out he had ran right into the fox, he realised he disoriented the thing for a shirt amount of time so, he took advantage and jumped onto its back, claws unsheathed and claws at its back. It grumbles as soon as it became easier for it now that it recovered from its disorientation, it tried to throw Ravenfeather off but he soon clamped his jaws into the foxes shoulder as hard as he could and let out a bark of pain.

(I dunno if it would bark in pain but ok xD)

The fox managed to throw him off and he hit a nearby tree. He was temporarily stunned after he hit it. The fox was charging at him, he was too stunned to move and the fox got hold of him, clamping it's jaws into his side, he hissed in pain, not wanting to end this way, he raked his claws down its face, across its eye. It whined in pain but didn't let go. He was furious that he couldn't help Sunflare or himself.. he managed to twist enough to sink his teeth into the side of its snout. It finally let go, blood dripping from its would and jaws where it had him. He got up, pain shooting from the wound but, he lunged at the fox, scraping his claws across both eyes this time with last bit of strength and let himself fall to the ground, the fox whined in pain. It probably couldn't even see anymore..

Sunflare

Sunflare yowls, getting under the fox and slashing it's belly. It finally had enough and runs off into the undergrowth. Scrambling over, he sees if Ravenfeather was aright.

He laid on the ground, he opened his eyes to look at Sunflare. His eyes full of sadness and he was scared, he swallowed hard, "am.. am I going to be ok?.." He was clearly scared.

Sunflare

Sunflare looked over his wounds. His side was pretty bad, but he could get the herbs. Moonfrost taught him herbs once they became mates.
"I can get the herbs. You lay back against the tree, and try to push your side into the ground to somewhat stop the bleeding. I'll be back."
He runs off between the trees, looking frantically back and forth for the herbs he needed.

He nodded and tried to lay against the tree, trying to minimize the bleeding but it hurt so bad.. he couldn't really move.. he hissed in pain as he tried to move and just gave up. He laid there, scared but knew Sunflare would be there. His best friend would be there no matter the outcome.. he closed his eyes to rest his tired aching body and also to rest his eyes. He was getting tired...
