It was cute, younger cats always made her laugh in one way or another, sometimes not even meaning to.. but she loves them all the same. Maple drew in a deep, clam breath. It was taking all of her self control not to kill Stoneclaw right on the spot. She turned around, only just refraining from her pupils become ping slits, "stay out of this Stoneclaw, it's not your fight!" She meowed, a certian level of hostility in her tone. She turned her emerald gaze back to Bumbletail "I..I don't really know the whole story, you see I was never born into the rouges, I was just a kittypet who was kicked out from her home, then I met Drake." Maple paused for a second, a smile tugging at the corners of her mouth 'and his brother' she thought to herself, smile fading. "I guess we felt betrayed, and we were tired of our home back in the city, we have felt the need to have control over clan cats." She said, her lip trembling on the word "We." Maple narrowed her eyes, she was a rouge now, she was here for Drake and that wouldn't change no matter what.

Stoneclaw rammed himself harshly at Maple. "I hate you leave, how dare you say it isn't my fight if it was Drake in there instead of Bumbs you would of attacked us for coming near." his claw digged at the ground. "I grow tired of you nonsense, now leave if you think it's hard for you not to kill me then you are worng." he hissed as her tone now. "I would love to do nothing more than rip you throat out and present it to Drake as his final gift before I kill him as well." He walked up closer to her. "I have dreams of killing the both of you why do you think I can still smile?" he pushed her out the den. "Go back to you monster leave us alone we want nothing to do with you, we have even gone as far as to avoid you so shoo cat." he turned going back into the den.

She heard Stoneclaw threatening the cat at the nursery.. she looked at Boulder, "I will talk to you later ok?" She said with a smile, "can you please make sure no cat goes in there while I go try to figure this out?" She asked kindly, she didn't have enough time to wait for his answer.. she padded over to the medicine den to see Stoneclaw pushing Maple out of the medicine den. She looked at the two and sighed, "give it up, both of you! You two are just going to make it worse for poor Bumbletail!" She practically hissed at the two cats. The nice cat was angry.. which can be pretty scary.. she pushed past both of them, not looking at Stoneclaw a second time, she left Maple alone, she didn't think all rogues were bad actually.. just the wrong path. She knew Boulder was a good cat, she went right into the medicine den and sat beside Bumbletail. She looked at Frostflight and nodded in acknowledgment and then looked at Bumbletail, "how are you feeling sweety?" She spoke, her tone was full of worry and happiness that she was still alive.. not happy she was hurt.. but at least she was alive.. she thought their yelling would scare the kits if she could hear them in the nursery..

"I know he has told you some stuff, like not caring for your kits he lnew Drake would come after them if he showed that he did." Her broken tail laid over Shadesteps paws, looking for confort. "As you can see im Stoneclaw only weakness and Drake used it against him. He told me about the time he dropped your mate, He did that because the sight of Drake mad him want to go blind with madness. He willingly let you hate him for your safety and that really makes me sad and proud of him." her eyes began to tear up.

He finally woke up and stretched, his cloudy eyes looking at Tigerkit, he smiled and then looked to where he saw Boulder, but since his eyes were cloudy, he thought he was his father... he got up and padded a little shakily towards Boulder and laid right back down right up against Boulder. He purred and curled right back up. He was still sort of waking up so, he accidentally called Boulder by his father's name.. "Riverwhisker.. what took you so long..? Sunfang was so worried and I missed you.." the little kit said as he buried his face into Boulders fur.

She listened to the cat, nodding so she knew she was listening and then, when she was done.. she still hated the Tom. Even if he had did it to save her kits, what he said and had done really had stung her. "I understand now.. but I still hate him.. I won't forgive him.. it all stung and it still does." She said, trying not to get emotional for Bumbletail's sake.. the cat was already tearing up and Sunfang purred to Bumbletail just like she did for every cat that was upset. Her purring was in a soothing manner, she did it often for sick cats and her kits, she had even done it for Riverwhisker when his brother had died.

His face was still buried in Boulders fur. He knew the scent wasn't his father's, now that he had woken up a bit more and he heard the cat call himself Boulder. He still stayed snuggled up next to the cat and heard Tigerkit, his ear flicked at the sound of his voice. He removed his face from the cats fur to look at Tigerkit, "Yea.. I swore it was him.." He said, his eyes now tearing up. He pressed closer to the cat, he knew if this cat wasn't trustworthy, Sunfang wouldn't have left them with him.
