He glanced over to see Stoneclaw... playing around? with a rogue and let out an uncertain sigh. Honestly... Shadestep looked back to Frostflight, nudging his head in the direction of the fight with a curious look, wondering her opinion on it.

The rogue let her body go limp as Stoneclaw rotated his to restrain her to the ground. Res felt the claws of her front paws releasing and retracting as they held onto him, never fully coming out but pushing to as adrenaline filled her system. His words were white noise to her, but she was sure he was saying something nonsensical. She bit at his tongue when he licked her, hoping to draw blood. When he hopped off of her she frowned, her head clearing as she got to her paws placidly. "How rude, are you going to leave off there? We only just started." In a less wild state than before she noticed Maple, listening uncaringly to what Stoneclaw said to her. "Ah, Maple, do you wish to get in on this? Perhaps teach him a lesson?"

Stoneclaw gave a disgusting look at Resplendence comment. "I wouldn't tussle with her, she will just go crying to Drake like always." He winked at Resplendence, "You proven me right Res, all rouges are cheats." He turned and walked away "To bad I actually thought you were different, but I guess all dumb kittys think alike." He signed walking towards Shadestep and Frostflight. "Well there goes my fun." He said flopping down next to Shadestep.

"Ah Nighty, don't be like that. Getting so worked up over inviting someone else to play with us." Res sneered at his expression, feeling pleasure rise in her chest at getting a rise out of him. She watched him walk off with a smirk, calling after him in a sickly sweet sing-song voice, "If you keep acting like that others will get the impression you don't want to share me!~" Res chuckled to herself before turning to look at Maple expectantly.

Maple hissed angrily at Stoneclaw's remark, not that she wanted to "tussle" with Stoneclaw anyway. Maple exhaled sharply, letting her neck hairs fall flat, although SToneclaw really pushed her buttons Maple couldn't let her anger get the better of her. That would only cause more complications. The she cat turned her emerald gaze to Res "Im going hunting, care to join me?" She asked.

They had been walking for a while and had reached the edge of Nightclan territory. They were going to leave the familiar place she had grew up in, in hopes of giving the kits a better life.. there was no hope there in her eyes if they had stayed. She looked back towards the direction they had come from, taking in a deep breath before she looked at the kits, "Ok let's go on an adventure!" she smiled and spoke enthusiastically. She believed this was going to bring the kits more happiness than staying there where the rogues had taken hold of what had been their clan.. now they were considered loners. It was a harsh reality but, she had to face it... they were leaving and there was no turning back now, she was not going back with the kits into that mess. She made sure they were coming as she padded out of familiar territory into the unknown, ready to defend the kits with her life and provide a better life for them.
