Res turned her head partially over her shoulder to see Maple going after a squirrel. Her gaze was interested as she watched the other run off after the squirrel, before she herself looked for prey to catch. After awhile of walking she came across the scent of a mouse. Res' ears perked and she smiled, creeping forward until she spotted a fat mouse nibbling on a berry amongst the roots of a tree. She was on it in a second, chucking as it struggled with panic to get out of her paws. Res eventually grew bored of its pathetic endeavours and delivered a sharp killing bite to it.

Nodding, Shadestep smiled at Frostflight. "Agreed—because they are such good fighters, and wicked at that, I had wanted to poison them... But this is a good plan as well." He looked at Boulder who was pretending to guard them in thought. Shadestep brushed his tail along Bumbletail's flank before he continued, "Bumbletail agreed to get Maple alone for us. So we don't have to deal with Drake. Maple seems to have a soft spot for her."

After Maple had killed the squirrel she padded over to find Res with a mouse, "I couldn't find much else." The she cat meowed, tilting her head to the darkening sky, "perhaps we should call it a day?" She asked, wondering if Res would be okay with Maple heading back in so soon.

He was a little interested in what was going on.. maybe it was something to get rid of the stupid pests that called themselves cats of some sort.. He padded up to the group and looked at them all, "what are you all talking about?" he said, not too loud, just a discreet question. His attention went to Frostflight and then he looked at Shadestep, then to Stoneclaw, the Bumbletail as he waited. This was going to be interesting...

"Absolutely, I've grown bored here, and it is growing dark. We wouldn't want to be out here in the dark, finding ourselves at a disadvantage to the clan cats who know the territory by heart." Res snickered lightly, picking up the mouse she caught.

When she reached her destination she saw a cat she hadn't seen around much before talking to Frostflight. Maple waltzed past, hissing angrily in his general direction before taking a seat next to Drake. She dropped her squirrel on the ground between the two "are you hungry?" She asked, wondering if he wanted to share.

I'll come sit and we can all chit chat or whatever" he said as he came and sat down right beside Frostflight. He had noticed her sit up straighter when he had come but, he dismissed it as just a formality... He didn't know so, why make a scene out of it? He looked at them, "so, what are we going to do with the pains around camp?" he said, referring to the rogues around acting like they were the kings and queens of their camp.

When she slowed down to a stroll upon entering camp, she smiled over to Maple. "It seems you've won, thank you for the entertainment." Res settled down, watching Maple walk over and greet Drake before she began eating her mouse.

He had been in a daze as he laid in the nest, staring at his paws with unsheathed claws and then he snapped out of it once Maple came in, he sat up, claws sheathed and he looked at her while she spoke. "oh no.. thanks though.." he looked towards the tom who had just joined some group, "who in the world is that?? He looks like some kind of cat that could pass as a rogue I guess?" he asked Maple as he looked at Nightfang. "He is all patchy.. his one eye looks unnatural.. looks like two legs did some kind of experiment on him.." he said seriously, but humor could be heard in his voice.

He looked to Frostflight as she spoke first, he nodded as she said the plan. He froze, Boulder? his eyes went wide at the mention of the name.. sounds like a rogue name.. he thought as he looked at Frostflight, turning his attention to Shadestep after a moment. "of course I am.. these stupid cats have foresaken everything cats before us had laid down.." he said, though hardly any emotion could be heard. He had always kept away from others in camp for the longest time because he thought they would think he would turn on his clan like his siblings had.. his brother was now a rogue and his sister had left to be a loner else where.. he guessed they would think he would leave all the same. Though, he was careful not to show any emotion associated with all that, his mint green eyes along with the little quarter of icy blue in his right eye were content on the cats. Though at the back of his mind he was trying to sort out if this Boulder could be trusted...

Maple tilted her head at an angle to get a better look at the tom "yes, he is kind of mismatched" she murmured, her gaze fixed on the tom. She turned her focus back to Drake, pushing the squirrel away lightly so she could lean against him. She yawned and slouched down a little, snuggling into Drake's stomach fur. She opened one eye, looking back towards where Frostflight and Nightpelt were talking, the tom was ruggedly handsome in a way. "I haven't seen him around before... Maybe he laid low because he was to scared to face us?" She offered, a small snicker escaping her maw.

Frostflight shifted nervously as she spoke, hoping the tom wouldn't be against anything, she watched as his ear's pricked at the name Boulder. The she cat gave him a sort of 'i'll explain later' look, as she didn't want to say anything in front of Boulder. Speaking of the tom Frostflight had forgotten to welcome him as a warrior, she gave him a warm smile, knowing in her heart that he could be trusted. "They have" Frostflight agreed, feeling uncomfortable in Nifhtpelt's minty gaze "that's why we have to take it all back."

(I just realised, Drake doesn't have a form does he? (bc we didn't need to make them for rouges) so what does he actually look like? Lol)

(Drake is dark grey with black leopard spots and yellow eyes, he is a good build for a cat. He looks almost exactly like Bloodfang but Bloodfang had tiger stripes and ember eyes)

He smiled, humor in his eyes as she spoke. "probably as scared as the others.. pathetic clan cats.." he said as he looked away from the tom to Maple. "They won't be here for long.. now Boulder will join in their fate.." he said, almost hissing and almost sounded pained by it. He had gotten used to the tom being around.. he shook it out of his head "he chose it.." this time when he spoke, pain was in his eyes, not his tone.

His gaze was on Frostflight, he noticed how nervous he made her and sort of felt bad, nothing showed in his eyes but his tail twitched slightly and he looked away to his paws. "Yea.. I guess.." he sort of mumbled, his odd eyes staring at his paws, not looking away. He soon stood up, not looking at Frostflight "I will be going.." he said simply as he looked every cat but Frostflight, not wanting to make her uncomfortable any more.. he padded away and looked directly at Drake, giving a smirk basically saying 'bye bye' and then he went and laid in a patch of sunlight in the middle of camp on purpose.
