Bryn stands at about 5'8", and has a slim, athletic build. Her wavy dark blonde hair falls to about halfway down her back. She often wears it mostly down, though she will braid back the sections of hair around her face and at her crown to keep it out of her eyes. She has wide, grey-blue eyes, and though she smiles often, it rarely reaches her eyes.
Personality: Brynhilde is a friendly girl, with lots of energy and a love of being outdoors. She enjoys running, hiking, and spending time out by the boats. Competitive by nature, she never backs down from a challenge, and loves pushing her body to its limits. She can be a bit reckless at times, with her tendency to act first and think second. She's constantly coming up with stupid things to try, and usually tries (and fails) to charm her way out of the conseqences. Still, she considers herself fairly fun to be around, and loves cracking jokes and making others smile, even at her own expense. Somewhat surprisingly, she is also good cook, though she doesn't often like to do it.

Dragon's Gender: Male
Dragons Appearance: Rainwing is very beautiful and bird-like. His body is a pale violet, with a light cream underbelly, while his wings are mottled, darker shades of purple speckled with teal. In front of his eyes is his curved nasal horn; his lower jaw is shorter and wider than his upper, giving him an overbite. Ringing his skull are a set of spikes and coating his tail is a series of spines that can inject venom into a target. When relaxed, his head spikes and venomous tail spines lay flat, and when alarmed, they are shot upward to intimidate his foe.
Dragon's Personality: Rainwing is as bird-like in behavior as he is in appearance. He has a very short attention span and is easily startled. Additionally, he is very vain and easily insulted, requiring others to watch their tongue around him as he also has a tendency to hold a grudge. He also loves being active and exploring, and racing with other dragons.
Dragon's Extras: Bryn doesn't usually bother putting any extra baubles or decorations onto Rain because she doesn't want to further inflate his ego.
Dragon's Likes: Chicken, fish, being told he's pretty, playing games, exploring
Dragon's Dislikes: Being required to sit still, being ignored, when others don't care that he's mad at them

History:
Brynhilde was the firstborn child of Snorre and Sigrid, and, for many years, their only child. They were a happy little family, and little Bryn would often spend her days down by the docks and at the boats with her father, and returning in the evenings to help her mother prepare dinner.

When she was nine, her mother became pregnant again, finally giving birth to twin boys, Gunnar and Rolf. Bryn loved her little brothers immediately, and was always willing to lend a helping hand to take care of them. Several months after her little brothers' births, she was cooking dinner while her father was down at the docks and her mother was taking a much-needed nap. One of her brothers began to cry, and Bryn went to go check on them, forgetting about the food that she was cooking. The house caught on fire. She managed to get both of her brothers out, but her mother didn't make it, caught in the burning home. Their house burned down, and her mother died with it.

It's been a long time since that happened, and while her father and brothers don't blame her for it, she still blames herself deep down. She still helps her father out a lot by watching out for her younger brothers.

She's excited to finally get her own dragon, and maybe establish herself as an impressive dragon rider and tamer, or at least have a reason to go out exploring more often.
