That's the funny part, I'll be in the darn brace all summer D< But it leaves me free to Rp and do nothing, which is terrible since I have to wear a lumbar brace after it's off anyways for most activities. And I still feel bad OTL Tallulah is the awkward baby and Adam isn't a talker in the first place. I sort of skipped the ceremony on accident in the last Rp, so none of this was a problem for me. RIP - Serelin Not to mention I've got half the mind to replace Adam with another female character, for once they're outnumbered. She would be a Great White and I really had the idea to throw her in, but I don't know since she'll replace Adam. ![]() |

:o Quincy was going to be a shark at first. I was gonna have him be a Common Thresher, but I can't imagine that suits his personality very well, so I decided against it c; ![]() |

The girl I have isn't the right color, and a simple/classic Thresher since the friend who made her didn't know about the different species. She has a few fins here and there, but her tail is as long as her and she's adorable. I'm also restricted to mobile, my wi-fi is down temporarily. Should I add Becky? ![]() |

I honestly don't think sea-creatures would be a good thing, and very unlikely. I feel like during the first shift, the animal would kill both the human and itself due to suffocation/being out of the water. So it would be very, very, very rare for a sea creature shifter to be alive. On the other hand. if the question ever came up in a class, I was thinking that maybe there is an academy near the ocean/in the ocean for those types of animals. But, maybe that's too soon and too... Advanced for this day in age. ![]() Edited on 27/06/16 @ 04:35:05 by Jacques CP Faircross (#47535) |

I guess that makes sense, but then it'd mean that there would have to be a percentage and genetic link to getting animals with lungs alone instead of gills. And the fact of having a school for it would mean there are differences between the shifters in terms of being taught and how they live. Although if that's the case, what about water mammals such as whales, dolphins, porpoises, and the like? They breathe air and wouldn't be affected by the lack of water except that it could dehydrate them and other means. They'd only be at risk of being physically harmed instead of dying. ![]() Edited on 27/06/16 @ 08:21:36 by Serelin (#57926) |

Idk, I haven't thought that far into the RP since this specific Academy doesn't deal with animals such as those. Animals that can survive wholly on land if they must would be accepted at this particular Academy, but if water us absolutely necessary to their survival, then they won't survive here, so they really can't be RP'ed. It doesn't necessarily have to be linkked genetically. Originally, the animals that come out come our because they are that person's inner animal, or spirit animal. Yes, they mightneed to be taught differently, and by another water animal. But, it's still the same stuff. Control your emotions, control your size, control your animal. Those animals would need to be able to survive wholly on land, and they can't travel on land, so what would the point be of coming to this Academy? ![]() |
