I'm trying to set up dorms based on animals and personalities at the moment, so I promise it's getting done.

Not exactly a team, but having activities for the shifters could help them in multiple ways! There can't be a team since there aren't any schools who could go against the shifters.

We might be able to work dsome of that out. The problem us how small the school is, so we might be able to have more like a 'gym class'. We'll have to see how the RP goes, too.

Teams would be awesome, but they wouldn't be actual teams. As Jac says, it'll be more of a Gym Class with the extra things such as the pool, track, field, and trails to be for use when the students have free time. >v<
For the "team" situation hey'd have to somehow find a way to play against each other on their own terms since they wouldn't be able to play against any other schools. The Academy, as far as I know (( until Jac says otherwise )), is the only Shifter school in this specific area.

I'm also looking for an easy and free art program so I can make a simple map/layout of the school to help for the mean time.

There are multiple Academies for shifters, but this is the original one and it isn't in close range to any other schools that teach students aged 15-19, so there's that.
