If you're interested in seeing new beetles on the site, make sure to submit a form here please! We're taking suggestions for all sorts of interesting beetles to add in! <3 You are required to post the beetle's Latin name, what continent or country they are in, and a link to an image or an article! Example Name (LATIN ONLY): Katzus beetlus Continent/Country: North America Average Size: 999 mm Image/Article Link: The Form Name (LATIN ONLY): Continent/Country: Average Size: Image/Article Link: Note: We ask that you suggest real beetles from the real world, non-African ones will usually be from the Oasis. Fantasy Beetles will be event-only and invented by Lioden. Xy: I will edit stuff in to the list once in a while! Continue suggesting <3 please don't just post "Oh this is a cool site + link to a huge list", pick a beetle you like and suggest it with the form please ;0; |

Name (LATIN ONLY): Hemipepsis tamisieri Continent/Country: Sub-Saharan Africa Average Size: Can't find an exact average, but close enough is 11-27 mm Image/Article Link: Here be an article Additional Notes: All things considered, a tarantula hawk wasp could be a pretty cool beetle nemesis. I know it's the female tarantula hawks that do all the incredibly agonizing stinging, but still. This is also the only tarantula hawk wasp species I could find that had legitimate sources on the fact that it's native to Africa. 1 player likes this post! Like? |

Name (LATIN ONLY): Pelinobius muticus Continent/Country: Africa (east) Average Size: 18-20cm Image/Article Link: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/King_baboon_spider King Baboon Spiders! Africa has a vast array of tarantulas, so it only feels right to represent them. We already have a spider 'beetle' in game so it isn't a reach. I was thinking it would be a perfect event beetle token for June, since the fangs are almost snake-like. Possible colors common- Liver, Seal, Burgundy uncommon- Blonde, Silver, Fiery, Golden rare- Melanistic, Violet, Sapphire, Chaos 1 player likes this post! Like? |
