She continued through her day without much thought in her mind until she gathered her stuff and walked her way back home. She heard that there was going to be some party later today from a couple of conversations that she overheard about, but she knew she was definitely not going. And besides,she can't un expectantly show up to a party if she wasn't invited. She honestly couldn't see the point in planning something like that anyway. Once she got home, she studied for the rest of the evening plus a couple hours of practicing piano as well as flute. She had plenty of songs to play especially the ones she wrote by herself. Sighing she smacked herself onto her bed, her eyes gazing up at the ceiling. She had nothing else to do, nor did she didn't even have any friends to talk to. "...I'm such a loser....." She said quietly to herself with a tired tone in her voice, as she turned to her side and brought her knees up to her chest. Several moments later she got up and headed outside of her house and wandered down the streets. Many concerning thoughts filled her mind. It was rare for her to contemplate over such things, but it was something that just couldn't be helped. Standing near a corner of a sidewalk, she squinted her eyes as she tried looked at her surroundings while realizing how difficult it was for her to a to see in the dark. She could hear music playing in the distance and curiously glanced overs to where the sound was coming from. She wanted to see what it was but was too afraid to walk any further.

Jayne sat in her room, briefly contemplating what she would wear before selecting a simple white top and black shorts. It was a casual look that still appeared put together. She finished it of with light makeup before rushing out the door, telling her parents that she was going to some soccer thing. She knew that they wouldn't let her go if they were aware of what happened at the party, but it wasn't like she was actually going to drink or smoke anyways, so the small lie wouldn't hurt anyone. Thankfully, her parents believed her, and she ran to her car.

When she opened the door to Kylie's place, she was hit in the face with the smell of alcohol and marijuana. She wrinkled her nose for a moment, but quickly moved on and entered the house. She looked around her, looking for someone to talk to. Unfortunately, most people were either drunk, smoking, or dancing suggestively, and she wasn't the type of person to partake in the first two things, and wasn't in the mood for the third. But even if she was in the mood to dance, she definitely wouldn't be doing it to the extent that some of the teens were. She didn't exactly want to make out with someone surrounded by people and alcohol. Instead, she decided to sit on the couch and go on her phone, paying little attention to the chaos around her. She knew that she would eventually loosen up, but for now she was content relaxing on the couch until she spotted a familiar and hopefully half-sober person to talk to.

Jayden knew how teens normally dressed for these parties, but he wanted to stand out, and perhaps he just felt more comfortable in this sort of clothing. Besides, most of the people would be too drunk to even care. As he ran his fingers lightly through his dark hair he carefully analyzed himself in the mirror. He fixed his black tie, and pressed his hands against his white button up shirt. A little classy perhaps, but he was mostly waiting to see what kind of witty remark Exavier would have. Jay didn't exactly know what time he was supposed to show up, but he figured the party would've started by now. What if he was stood up? Not that he cared or anything.. Jay sighed, fixing his tie once more before heading towards his kitchen.

Kylee made her way through the growing crowd, not bothering to wait for someone to let her in. She knew what these types of parties were like, and was still questioning her choice to come here. Ky hated these things, so why was she here? She didn't want to admit it, but there were certain people she had wanted to see here. Jayden, for starters. She was almost positive that he would be here, given the fact that he likes to make stupendous first impressions. She wanted to know why he had ditched her.. It better have been a good reason.

Ky looked around and wrapped her arms around herself, knowing how socially awkward she was being. The music was too loud, the people even louder.. and the smell, oh, god it was horrid. Who's idea was it to put a bunch of sweaty, drunk teenagers in an enclosed space with weed? Not to mention the ones who threw up.. Ugh. She was just about to leave when she noticed another girl like her not seeming to partake in the events too much. Ky recognized her, it was the girl she'd met earlier today. A spark of excitement glowed within her, but she quickly put it out, scared of herself now; scared of the way she felt. She shook it off and decided she would speak to her, making her way over.

"Uh, hello," she smiled a bit awkwardly, having to yell a bit over the music. "My name's Kylee, I met you earlier today." She paused, but continued so she could get it out before she changed her mind. "After you said what you said to me, I decided I wouldn't do it again because you were right. I was hoping to get your name..?" She folded her arms across her stomach again, fiddling with her sweatshirt.

While looking at the reflection of herself in the mirror, Kylie let out a sigh. "Fuck." She swore under her breath. Finally she opened the door and stood right in front of Sam. "I'm fine, just needed to use the restroom." She laughed, but she was not fine. "Come on, I'm gonna start a game of spin the bottle." Kylie walked over to her kitchen and grabbed a bottle of alcohol which someone already drank out of but she knew it was the kind that she bought for the party, keeping it safe like always. Quickly she chugged down the rest and grabbed a chair to stand on. "Hey everyone! If you would like to play spin the bottle come with me outside!" Kylie yelled, making sure to get everyone's attention.

It was kind of cute actually. However, she was quickly pulled from her thoughts when she heard a familiar voice yell that it was time for spin the bottle. "Let's go check it out," she said, motioning toward the door before beginning to walk. After only a few steps, she turned back around, suddenly remembering that she hadn't answered Kylee's question. "And my name's Jayne, by the way," she told her with a grin before walking outside, hoping that the girl would follow.
