I've been having some art block for while, personally, but I think I finally broke my art block with this,

Honestly still don't know how I'm doing this without refs (Just used whatever images pop up in my head from memory, so it's kinda a "franken" image in my mind as a ref XD) Anyway, if anyone notices something wonky, or has some advice on this, I'd love to hear it. Sorry it's such a mess of lines right now, it's still a very basic sketch.

Ooh, nice! I can immediately see a few problems though;

1) The spine is not such a smooth arch, it dips in places (like the curve of the back and the neck).
2) The left ear is a bit too high.
3) Not sure what's wrong with the left front paw, as I'm not an animal anatomy expert, but something looks off about it in general. Might be the position or shape? Or both ^^"
4) Shoulders are way too bulky. The far shoulder shouldn't be showing over the head, especially with how deep the chest is on the right.

I fix the ears. The spine is meant to be a little straighter than a typical lion(this particular character is not of any real species of lion. They're much bigger and bulkier). I also made the head a little bigger, which maybe helps with the shoulders looking too bulky a bit. (He's meant to have bulky shoulders, though.) All the paws are pretty messed up, because paws are hard

Awesome drawing!! Paws are hard to draw I agree. I like the bulk figure if the lion, can't wait till he's done!

Here's a tiger design that I've been working on, this boy acts like a road/path guide with his glowing liquid-texture stripes, I was also thinking of giving him a lantern on the tail or holding with his mouth, not sure if it would be too much xD

Hey everybody,
Because of school and life in general I haven't been active on Lioden recently...
So I'll leave this clan for now, since I don't feel like I'll be active enough to be a real contribution to this group.
I loved seeing all the art of the members here and I had a blast being a member, so don't think I'm leaving cause this clan/group isn't awesome ;3
