Renegade eyed the small filly rearing up.He didn't know what the big deal was.He had never been introduced.When his dam was killed he was shown sympathy,then handed through the nursing mares.When one tired of him they simply took him to the next.Now here was a grumpy old mare showing off her filly to the entire herd as they looked on with love.He had always been the pest.Renegade no,Renegade come away,Renegade!"When he appeared he swore the herd collectively groaned.Renegade wasn't even the name given by his dam.The sad thing was he couldn't remember his name.The mares had always called him a renegade.Soon the 'a' fell away and the 'r' was capitalized and it became his name.

Baen stood, looking off into the distance partially keeping a lookout for danger but mostly just spacing out, thinking. His ears swiveled when he felt eyes on him. His head snapped to the side noticing that Tilk was looking at him. His ears pricked forward wondering why she was looking at him. He watched her closely as she started walking towards him, or so he thought. When she spoke to him he looked at her confused, wondering why she had came up and talked to him. As he was about to respond he realized that he had been thinking too long as she was now at the lake, drinking from it. He flicked his tail, getting rid of a few flies, as he watched her for a couple moments.

Starshock returned back to the herd, she snorted at the sight of the new foal. *Lucky filly im so jealous of you. After her quick drink, the mare had decided to check up on Renegade. It had been a month since his incident with leading mare. As she approached, she over heard the colt speaking aloud to Starshock. It had been evident that he was clearly hurting emotionally. Vendetta had always felt bad for the colt, he had it rough growing up. Though she knew his actions were usually a cry for attention. Quietly she stepped up beside him, gently pressing her nose to his neck.

Justice dark eyes spark with amusement, seeing her struggle to stand eye to eye. It was a tough feat since he was much taller then the filly, being 16 hands from the withers. He bump nose with her, careful not to knock her back. Lifting his head high once more, Justice nodded to both Otekah and Soltero. "If you need me, you know where to find me. Have a lovely day." Just spoke in a polite manner giving Onida one last glance before taking his leave. He felt he left his post for far to long.

His tail lifted as he trotted away, his mane and tail dancing behind him. His gaze flickers to the side, feeling someones eyes upon his form. Realizing it was whisper, Justice skid to a halt sharp hooves digging into the dirt. He reared, waving his front legs in the air. A show of greeting to the Mare. Though he wouldn't admit it, but he was slightly showing off. Who could blame him. "Morning Whisper." He spoke, black lips turn up in a grin. "Are you well?" Just question with a tilt of his skull.
