I love the explore encounters that feature actual characters, like the ones that are of the admins and the evilest lion. I think we need more! Some ideas we could do (with the lions owners permission of course!) The first leopon king (and currently still the only!) Leviathan The first dwarf born Adva Or a general dwarf encounter in explore. A fatal mutation encounter Suggested by FlipicusPup: First lion to reach 100,000 positive karma Weary traveller-first lion to reach a certain number of steps in explore New thought: Perhaps not have any that where luck based, like first dwarf or first fatal. Focus more on lions that are the result of a lot of hard work like most good and first to king their leopon. Suggested by Bamon: Lion who has collected the most silver beetles in explore. No lions modeled after actual users lions would be specifically named in the explore encounter. |

That would be fair, because it is general dwarf and a general lethal in explore not one user's particular dwarf and or fatal.  0 players like this post! Like? |

So Berenos, you would be happy to have the few people who can afford to use their real money to buy GB get awarded for it? What about those who don't have a job to do this? What about those on a strict outcome? Why should we be forced to feel bad and as if our contribution is worthless and unimportant? Why should I, and others, who have spent a crazy amount of real money over YEARS to reach the same goals have to endure watching those who got lucky doing the same thing in explore? Would you feel good if that happened to you? Would you feel good that other members feel so upset about this they'd stop exploring full stop? You accuse us of being immature but we not. It feels as if you are being selfish and that is not what this game is about. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Seeing as I really can't know who spends their money and who doesn't, this is pointless. I myself haven't spent any, and I'm happy with how I play. Why should I feel bad if someone decides to spend their money on the site, as it is what keeps it going? I should feel grateful. It is your choice to spend your money, and you should accept that sometimes, things don't go as you want. And I didn't accuse anyone of being immature, I said that I find the attitude of not letting others enjoy their good luck immature - money or no money. No one would be punished by not having their lion show up in explore. General users lions already aren't in explore (except maybe Lector? was I believe the king of general user before that person became a moderator). I would love to see a lethal or leopon, or even the occasional maned lioness in explore. They'd make for neat little encounters. But I wouldn't want it specifically pointed out who they belonged to, even if they were roughly or exactly modeled after a users lion. Users rewarded for having a million steps or defeating 2000 NPCs, or killing/reserving 1000 lions, sure. If you work hard, collect event stuff, and have the goal in mind you can reach numbers like that without spending a single GB. 'course, it's always easier if you do, and might encourage some more GB buying. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Bamon, the reverse of what you said is also true, your bad luck is no excuse for them not to have their good luck celebrated. The suggestions which I prefer are actually the ones dedicated to hard work with a king, nothing about stats or looks breeding, so how much gb someone has gotten/used has no bearing on this. Regardless, when you see Lector in explore he isn't even mentioned by name, so you don't imediately think of a user and venerate them (the only reason I knew who he was, was because Ness and I were on the staff team together when it came out) A lot of your suggestions were pretty much un-measurable using lioden features, so I don't think we'll get/need hundreds of explore encounters. A maximum of one semi-relevant encounter per event seems fine to me. 0 players like this post! Like? |
