Accepted, MoonBeam, Hobbit, and Shy!

Shy, hah. Same here! I prefer Raptors for a few things. One, they were extremely intelligent. Two, are extremely fast, agile. Three, their ways of forming packs for hunting. And Four, I am extremely in love with their look. Mostly the Utahraptor.

Everyone, I don't think we are all going to be so great with man eating predators right off the bat. I see the reason why everyone would want to be extremely invested and connected to the dinos but we need to lay off a wee bit. I don't want everyone going straight towards the 'Ruler of all Dino's' outlet. I mean, in common sense, I don't think anyone would do well with predators inside the roleplay after randomly washing up on the Island.

I'm half tempted to go ahead and start the roleplay. Though I may need to make another character. Just to get another male in. If ya all want, I can do that and we can go ahead and hop to the roleplay. I usually hate lots of people in a single roleplay.

Fav dino? That's a tough question for me. All of my reasoning is probably terribly sentimental. For actual dinosaurs I'm going to have to go with raptors. A raptor was the first mount I ever had - he was bright orange with green feathers so I named him Carrot. Until I got my wolf I rode Carrot everywhere and he was awesome and we were buddies.

My favorite mammal in absolutely the wolves. For any of you who have actually played the game or intend to play the game, get yourself a pack of at least 3 wolves, more than that if you can. You max level them and then take them out hunting. They will wreck everything. And they gather sooo much pelt when they kill something it's unbelievable. I love wolves.

I have to save my favorite creature overall, and this truly is sentimental, is the Argentavis. My friends hatched me my first one, a little female bred from my one friend's highest level birds. She was naturally all black with white-tipped wings. I named her Magpie, since her parents were named Crow and Raven. I flew all over the island with Magpie, and when we ended up switching servers she was the only one I absolutely had to take with me. We had a rule on the new server that we couldn't retrieve our old dinos until we could make their saddle, so I had to wait a while to take her out. In the mean time we bred another bird, which through complete coincidence ended up being Magpie's full brother. I liked Damascus as well, but he never held a candle to his sister for me. It funny because it almost seemed like they had differing personalities even though I know that's impossible with the game mechanics. While Magpie was a very faithful mount and graceful flyer, Damascus would constantly glitch out and get stuck in a tree, or would somehow end up under the air dock, or just wouldn't land correctly. I would out loud lament about why he couldn't be more like his sister. XD When I was finally able to get Magpie back I can't describe how happy I was. It was like seeing an old friend.


So. A very long and multifaceted answer to a very, very simple question. Sorry.

I went on this totally Raptor capture/breeding spree where I had a Raptor named after every letter in the military alphabet.

Also I didn't not mean for my character to tame predators off the bat. I mainly ment it as she has a good chance of taming due to her patience. More than likely she will not be taming any large predators or dinosaurs anytime soon. I was thinking more along the lines of the much smaller dino's and mammals. You know the ones that are way to small to be mounts and just follow or ride on your shoulder.

Shy I see, it's fine. The smaller animals can get a bit too much as well. Seen more than one person in my past roleplays literally tame every animal and basically made them sound like servants. *Le shiver*

It iscup to you, i don't care, but i won't tame an animal without your permission, mabye of like one is stuck, let it put of the stuck situation, but when finished have stratthes and stuff, since the rescued creature is not tamed

You all don't need to ask permission for every tame. Just... limit yourself slightly. And I am probably going to. I don't think we're going to get any male characters any time soon so yeah... Give me a few minutes guys, I'll make my character and start the roleplay!
