Mercy | Beta Female of Genosses | 5 years | Location: Courtyard The intruder would now make is presence known. Coming full face to confront the pack. With head and tail high she would rise to her paws, moving not to confront the new silvery pelted male, but instead the blood lusting Aes. "Stand down Aes. This is not your fight." her voice holding power and authority over himy, besidrs if there even was a fight to be spoken of it would be Roman's. Mercy knew Aes held little respect for her, but she was by no means afraid of the male. If he chose to outhe dominate her she would swiftly remind him that he was beneath her. Chocolate eyes would be set to lay upon the marmot, pitiful little offer but and offer nonetheless. This however wold still not be enough to garner any impression from her. What was he even hoping to gain from this interaction? A warm cozy pack life? Hmph...if that was the case then he best move along. 0 players like this post! Like? Roman's attention was first swayed towards the presence of his beloved sister, an excited whine produced although finding itself muffled behind closed jaws. His fluff-lined tail performed a soft wag as though expressing an interest to approach Mercy; however, the Caesar's attention was instead forced the direction of some approaching, attentive members. This was usually what happened, but Roman would find social time for his siblings soon enough after the pack settled further into their new home-space. It was promised by the apologetic gaze he offered her. "I see!" he'd respond to Nightsky with a pleasant croon, attempting to praise the over excited she-wolf with a matched excitement, even if he was pretending. It was all about moral. "If you have not already eaten, take your fill of what you've brought and deposit the rest nearest our other reserves." he'd continue, adding another wordy sentence before Roman sought to redirect his attention else wheres. "The offered lesson will come soon enough." Hopefully Nightsky saw this as a dismissal from her sit in front the alpha. Attention was pushed towards Brooke next but not directly, a single of his ebony nostrils wrinkling in response to the growth of 'heat smell' on the air. Swiveling ears said that the male remained attentive to where this creamy female was located, a deep hunger lingering within that had yet to be satisfied. Soon, ... very soon. Silk's approach only caused said hunger to rise, the Alpha's nasal passages becoming over whelmed with the pungent odor of estrus. An obnoxious snort would temporarily clear the bloke's airways, thrust from his maw in the form of a fading white cloud. Golden eyes continued to watch the ebony fae as she abandoned the cascaras of a rodent near their food pile, and Roman couldn't help but lick lips in anticipation for a meal. He had not eaten yesterday. Why? Who knows! Perhaps he had been far too preoccupied. Or maybe the thought of reproduction had caused an imbalance in testosterone, and the possessive Alpha was too busy guarding his turf to have remembered to feast. Finally, it was the stranger's(Rajat) approach that garnered the majority of Roman's focus. However; before the prevailing Alpha could award a proper reaction to this new wolf's invasion, Ase had taken upon himself to throw up a seemingly impenetrable wall. A growl bubbled up from the depth's of Roman's chest, followed by a threatening roar. "THANK YOU, Ase.." he'd holler 'sarcastically', obviously meaning to scold to the large Brawler. "But this is not how we treat our guests," he'd continue, the harshness of his tone lessening. Roman's aim was to cut off Ase's wordy threats before they could all be spoken, but nevertheless the Caesar would not dwell in his thoughts should he have missed the opportunity. If Ase did not back down then a flash of fangs would be awarded towards the lower ranking male, not fearing a more physical presentation of authority should Ase want one. BUT, hopefully Ase had a little more respect for his Alpha than to go challenging him in front of the pack's first guest. What made Rajak a guest and not an enemy? The marmot gift, in addition to the stranger's willingness to approach the courtyard and not simply stalk the pack instead. Still, this did not mean that the stranger was considered a 'friend' and thus Roman expected his wolves to remain on alert, praising their growl-filled songs with some of his own on the occasion. "I am Romanus, otherwise known as Roman." he would state with an obvious lack of hesitation, moving forwards with both his head and tail reigned high. A pause was thrown between the introduction and a following question, expecting this rogue male to reply by stating his own name. "What is your purpose here?" Patience for the stranger's lack of a submissive posture would not last long .. 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 09/12/16 @ 11:44:51 by Soltero (#9059) |

Aes| Warrior of Genosses | 5 Years | Mentions: Rajat, Roman Location: Courtyard Aes lowered his head and stepped backwards his head low his tail tip swaying. Guest, huh, yeah sure whatever. He trusted Roman, but that didn't mean he wouldn't take a bite out of this new wolf before the day was done. Perhaps Roman would have the wolf fight him to see if the stranger would really be worth letting in. Maybe, maybe not. Perhaps not though, for Roman had called him a guest. Guests didn't stay long, unless they were invited. Aes had to admit he rather liked this new brute's, cool attitude against his aggression. He had a feeling this stranger and himself could either be good friends or terrible enemies. Then again, Aes wasn't one to have real friends. He had allies and considered himself stronger because he let no emotional bonds tie him down. But this pack was something Aes had taken a chance on and maybe he might change a little, allowing some sort of ties more than loyalty into his life. He stalked to the side and lay down, lapping his fore paws and pulling bits of ice from between his toes. Still he watched, most attentively, his unnerving gaze trying to dig past the forte of this wolf and see the weaknesses beyond. He lowered his gaze finally after a few sort seconds, growling to himself and continuing to pull the most annoying clods of ice from his toes. He hadn't had a good brawl in a few weeks now, perhaps that was why he had nearly gone against Mercy and the alpha's wishes. Aes was in the mood to fight, and he'd find his battle eventually. Perhaps he could go out into the woods and find some woodland creature he could take on. But no... the injuries from a fight like that could end his brawling career and make him useless to the pack. He'd have to wait for his fight, for now. He wrapped his tail about his haunches and sat up, all the ice cleared from between his toes. There was still one of the birds from yesterday over near the food, perhaps he could crunch on that to appease his need for blood and bone. Deciding against he he continued to sit, eyes on the ground though his small furry audits were pointed directly at the intruder and his alpha. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Vladimir | Male | Beta Heavy pads tread lightly across the terrain, silent as a cat even at their brisk pace. Vladimir had been absent this morning as the pack had woken with dawn’s embrace. He enjoyed patrolling the grounds in the early hours of the day before there was much stirring by the pack. Small prey usually began to venture out in such times and made easy meals if one was quick and patient enough. Having had a belly partially sated by a decent sized rabbit, the large male’s patrol had lasted much longer than usual. The realization of his unnecessary absence rerouted his morning's goals. Corded muscle would contract and release with a fluid transition, urging the black canid into a purposeful lope back to the courtyard. Upon his return to the pack, new scents would linger. Hackles would erect instinctively as his yellowed gaze surveyed the courtyard, a curl of his lip twitching erratically. He would note that his brother already had this strange newcomer addressed, though his current temperament was undoubtedly swollen with aggression. Best be on the offense for now, he decided immediately, in case the apparent civil interaction went awry. Gaze searched intently for his sister, her well-being of the greatest importance at the moment in time. Alas, he would find her well and intact sitting a ways from the others. Without thinking, strong legs would initiate movement to her side. A whine of happiness at her presence would escape his scar mangled muzzle, a noise rarely made to any. Broad head would lean in to brush her own if she allowed, pushing his weight into her own with greeting and affection. ”Morning.” he’d say, then giving a heavy shake of his tufted neck to release debris accumulated from his outing. ”Fill me in?” he’d ask, tail twitching with irritation as his orbs narrowed at the wolf his brother was currently addressing. 0 players like this post! Image: Brooke had lowered her head to rest on the cold ground after realizing that she's have to wait longer. Normally, she wouldn't be bothered by not recieving attention; however, breeding and caring for whelps was her sole purpose aside from general chores she did anyway. To not be allowed to fulfill this job she'd been entrusted with since she became fertile and aged for breeding. Brooke flicked a pink tongue over her whiskers, followed by her stomach growling. She was hungry but was very aware Roman hadn't eaten yet. She would not eat until he had his full, unless of course be ordered her to. The care taker would lower her eyes to being half lided as the weak sun warmed her chilled pelt. Golden eyes would snapped fully open when the rustle of undergrowth and branches sounded through the clearing. A stranger approached through the trees, a small creature in his jaws. A marmot. The moment she recognized him to be a male, she clamped her tail close to her body. He would not be rewarded with any sweet smelling estrus if she could help it. Brooke slowly made her ways to her paws, lips drawn in a faint snarl. The she-wolf was not a fighter in the slightest, but she could looked threatening. The stranger didn't know she was submissive, at least not yet. A growl did not sound from her throat yet, especially not after Roman snapped at the warrior Aes. Speckled tail would slowly be hidden by shadows of the cave as she backed into the dark chamber. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Nightsky (Night) / trainee / 2 years / Location : camp(?) / Mentions : Roman Night nods, making sure to bow as she walks away, putting the prey on the pile. She starts to groom herself, not caring about the male that appeared, he really was none of her concern, and it is not her place to confront him. She looks around, seeing if anyone else is alone, and is willing to have a chat. (Writers block, sorry ) 0 players like this post! Like? |

Mercy | Beta Female of Genosses | 5 years | Location: Courtyard Once Aes had been detoured from his onslaught of agressive behavior, Mercy would lower her haunches to the ground. Dark orbs would watch from a distance, muscles would twitch ready to move at a moments notice if her brother was attacked...though he could handle himself. However they were a trio, Roman, Vlad, and her..they had not come this far by only worrying about themselves. The siblings looked out for each other, and if the situation turned bad she and Vlad would be the first defend Roman. But that was a big IF. Attention would be broken away from one brother to the next. Vlad's movement to her side would be welcomed with whines. Ears would pin back not out of submission but of happiness to see him as she rubbed her head against his own. "Good morning" would be spoken with soft words before gaze returned to Roman. The fae's tail would twitch anxiously, before she spoke again. "Well as you can see we had a rouge enter. Not sure his intentions yet, he did bring a marmot..I assume as a gift..." Eyes would move to look back to Vlad now. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Vladimir | Male | 5 | Beta of Genosses While watching the interactions playing out before him, enticing perfumes would tickle the intricately keen inner workings of his nasal passages. Muscles would instinctively ripple beneath his thick coat of shadows, although mostly hidden by its ample woolen texture. Estrus. Pink tongue wet his parched lips with anticipated interest at the presence of estrus in the air. With discreet glances, golden orbs would search over the present pack in search of the fertile seducer. Blood and testosterone flowed quicker through the brute’s veins and arteries, warming his masculine figure with ease. Attention reverted back to his sister’s replies to which a not so subtle snort would leave his scar flecked nose. If he had brows, one would have been raised significantly with lack of impression. ”A marmot? That’s apprentice work at best. Does he want to breed Roman or impress him?” he scoffed, lowering his haunches into a sitting position. It had been the first time he had paused to rest since the earliest of morning hours but he fatigued very little when running on patrol. ”I would need to see a bull elk if I’m expected to be impressed.” He’d say, knowing full well that was unrealistic which was his ultimate point. Tufted ears radared for missed words and whispered secrets if they stirred within the courtyard, seeing as how his nostrils seared with the blazing fumes of estrus and could not detect much else. If things continued to go without problem, he would need to seek out which fae was giving him such a hormone headache. ”Need anything? Have you eaten?” he would question Mercy, hoping to distract himself from overwhelmed senses. The ebon brute was use to waiting on his sister and for some reason enjoyed pampering her. He wondered at times if Roman felt the same sense of extreme protectiveness towards their sister, though whether he did or not made no difference. Vladimir’s gaze would glance over her coat quickly, searching for any abrasions or dishevelment’s that may need tending to or questioning of their creators in case punishment of them were due. 0 players like this post! Appreciation was shown in response to Ase's immediate, willing backdraw; this feeling expressed with a dip of his nose awarded the Brawler's way. Arrow-shaped ears would undoubtedly catch every word spoken within his courtyard, but as for a response.. None were given. The Caesar's focus was stuck on the form of this gift-bearing intruder, hackles stretching heavenward aloft Roman's own prominent backside in instinctive fashion. Rajak. The unfamiliar's name was repeated in silent thoughts, recorded for remembrance as charcoal nostrils attempted to catch a better scent from the atmosphere. It was difficult what with the two females' heats. Another dip of the skull was performed, this time purposed to accept Rajak's welcome. The information was accessed in that brief moment aswell, Roman considering it a benefit to the pack to gain a wolf already familiar with their new homespace. Ahhh, but that did not mean that this stranger would be accepted with open paws; and even if accepted, trust would need to be gained. That, and the Earth-slathered Alpha didn't just adopt every wolf whom displayed an interest. "Well," he'd start with a satisfied croon, his own broad front beginning to rise. "Genosses," an emphasis on the word suggested that this was what the family called themselves. "-- is based 'round the art and love for ze fight." It was not common for Roman's accent to come forward, what with only some of his family known to speak the latin/german mother tongue, but in this case it did surface on the ending of his informative sentence. Muscles began to 'lax as talons began to burrow into the Earth's crust, a satisfied grin creeping its way onto the male's already wrinkled mug. Body gave way to another shiver thereafter, this one far more noticeable than the last as his anticipation grew. It had been TOO LONG since the blood-thirsty leviathan had sunk his teeth into another's coarse coat; and today would be the day! What had previously been considered aggression slowly began to contort into a display of explainable thrill, a muffled whine begging to escape as eyes narrowed. The Alpha may have allowed Ase to get his fill if not for Rajak's failure to submit. But no matter! The qualities this stranger showed were just right for the pack that he wished to join. "Come, Rajak, and demonstrate what you know so that we might welcome you accordingly." And with this Roman's skull would begin to slightly lower, body prepped in anticipation of the rogue's advance. A clear invitation to strike first. "To submission?" he would inquire, still waiting. 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 09/12/16 @ 18:03:24 by Soltero (#9059) |

(Sucky post, doing from phone.) Focus remained planted onto his rogue rival, golden eyes gleaming with an unexplained interest. Roman would not require a warning to Rajak's attack; no, because the hulking beast was already anticipating one what with the open invitation that had been given. In a moment's notice, the Earth-slathered Alpha had also launched himself forwards. That boisterous bod' rippled intensely as it was propelled forwards from aloft snapping hindquarters, a sinister though still excitement-filled growl exploding from the Caesar's lungs. It would seem as though his competitor was in perfect position to gain a firm grip onto Roman's muzzle, and really, that's exactly what Rajak would get! Seconds before impact, Roman's own jaws snapped open, and with a weighted thrust against the Earth's surface he intended to surge forward with a leap. His nose would dive straight towards Rajak's open jaws, attempting to shove his upper muzzle (downward angle) as far down the other's throat as realistically possible. If successful, with a downward yank of Roman's skull, teeth would immediately lock shut around Rajak's own bottom jaw. With a bit of work the rogue might be able to threat an act of crushing the Alpha's nasal passages; but oh, not with him controlling the the only moving hinge of Rajak's mouth. And he wasn't about to let go until the other submitted, threatening to render his opponent's jaws useless unless submission came before Roman needed nostrils clear for a breath. 0 players like this post!
