Sadly I dislike group RPs for personal reasons. And I am also highly picky on spelling and grammar. I'm not a total bitch and I do understand if English isn't someone's first language. It's just one of my pet peeves on RPs I think about joining and someone misspells words in the intro... or if they say to do good grammar and it is misspelled plus has bad grammar in the opener. Huge turn off for me.

I do MxM RPs, but I'm also one of those that do things with MxM that a lot of people run screaming from.

The only time I dislike group Roleplays is when they leave you behind when you're only gone for a few minutes to a few hours. And when they don't happen to update you on what happens. And I second that! I have a few Roleplayers I have befriended are Non-Native English speakers and they write better than I do. It surprises me so much to see how little I actually use the language I was taught first.

Same here! It makes me laugh and chuckle when I see a few I have attemtped MxM with that became squirmish and queesy when it came to what I know and do.

Hello fellow roleplayers! I also consider myself a descriptive literate roleplayer! Just thought I'd introduce myself a little more into the roleplaying community! We need a clan for this lol
Anyways, I've been on and off roleplaying for about 4 years now. At first I used the asterisks so I understand being new to the concept and not understanding how it takes away from the pleasure of roleplaying. I don't mind bad grammar as long as it's not text talk like "hey ur cute gurl", stuff like that. What really gets me is when people only send back a one to two sentence reply when I take the time to do a whole paragraph XC
Other then that, biggest problem with roleplaying is that most people don't have a long or in depth plot so I can become bored pretty quickly if the plot is easy and quick. I spend a lot of time building my characters up only to watch them die due to a poor plot.

I used to RP quite a lot, always in descriptive, as I don't see the point of anything else, it’s a story! Write one! I just find it hard to stay motivated to RP as it takes me sometimes well over an hour to write one post (as my writing skills are terrible (I find it really hard okay XD but I try my hardest)) and I feel bad on the person on the other side waiting for a response.

One thing that really irritates me is when you’re the only person 'leading'. You make all the plot choices because your partner literally does nothing and sits there and wait for you to do all the thinking. Do they realise how boring it gets when you can no longer think of anything interesting and all the responses you get are generic?

I've been RPing on and off for five years or so and I do try my best to be as descriptive and literate as possible. I did play Wolf Quest, and participated in wetpaint/weebly wolf role-plays.
When I started RPing on Lioden my skills began to develop and strengthen and I find that there are many great writers and role-players on the site. I'm definitely not as good as most literate role-players here, but I try my best. I can admit though that there are some RPs and players that can get on my nerves with the lack of depth, but I usually cease to participate if the RP starts to get irritating.
I've joined Soltero's wolf role-play and I'm absolutely loving it. If you're a literate animal role-player I highly suggest submitting an application. ^-^

I agree with Mio. Also the fact that, if you like worldbuilding and thinking plots up like me you tend to ask others first to know what they like doing and they just reply like 'Oh yeah I do and like anything' like dude, the fuck. That doesn't help me think of anything, throw me a bone here if you're actually interested! ;-;

It's nice to meet you three! I may think about joining but, I'm more along the Feline side of any kind of Animal/Humanoid Roleplays. [Even my Dragons are Feline-like.] XD

I do intensely detailed plots, they array from Tragic Romance to Interdimensional Travels, even a mix of all sorts of Genres. If you need an idea pitcher, I'll be one of the best~
