He frowned at her answer, and was about to press for more before he sneezed again. He pinched his nose shut for a moment, then removed his fingers, "I don't know, I was fine this morning." He sneezed for the millionth time, then rubbed his forehead, "Now that I think about it, I'm not feeling very well..."

He shook his head, "We just don't die from being sick." He turned his face away from hers to cough into his elbow, and rested his forehead against her shoulder, "Maybe I should just lay down... maybe call a doctor..."

"It looks like sicknesses progress faster too for you." Kelsie muttered grabbing some cough and cold advil, "No doctor, colds aren't that bad, just annoying. Take two of these every 4 hours." She said holding out the medicine.

He went to sit down on the couch, starting to cough rather furiously. When he finally managed to stop, he took the medicine from Kelsie and nodded his thanks, then started coughing again. As soon as he stopped that session, he asked in a hoarse voice, "Can I have some water?"

"Yea. Would you like some cough drops too?" She asks grabbing a glass and filling it up at 0 before handing it to him.

He shook out some pills to take with the water when she returned, and he quickly swallowed them before nodding at her question, "That would be great, thanks." He hadn't been sick in so long, he didn't even really know what to do. It wasn't long before he started coughing again, and he pressed a hand to his forehead. His temperature felt... normal. Vampire equivalent of a fever?

Kelsie nodded before grabbing some cough drops and putting them on the table for him to eat when ever he wished. She put her hand up to his forehead and realized it was as warm as a normal humans, "Do you have a headache?" She asked lowering herself to his eye level.

Damiaan grimaced when she left, the expression still on his face when she returned. He dropped his hand from his forehead when she moved hers, and closed his eyes for a moment, mumbling, "No... I think I might have a fever." His back was starting to sweat a little bit, and he hesitated a moment before curling up on his side, putting his head against his knees.

Andrea sat down beside him, not really sure of what to do now, "Hopefully it will be better by tomorrow, maybe you should stay the night just in case anything progressively gets worse than this."

Damiaan nodded at Kelsie's words, and cupped the back of his neck with a hand, "Since I'm going to be staying, do you happen to have anything I can change into?" His jeans were starting to get a bit uncomfortable, and he sure did not want to sleep in them.

"I have sweat pants and a t-shirt that are too big on me, university clothes... I've..uh...never worn them before, I'll just go-" She paused and pointed towards her room, "I'll just go and get them." She hurried off to her room and pulled out the pants and shirt from the bottom of her clothes before walking out and handing them to Damiaan. "You can change in the bathroom. Or here, I'll step out of the room if you need, well...of course you don't want me watching you change." Stupid She chastised herself, unsure of why she was stuttering all of the sudden.

Damiaan watched her with amusement evident in his eyes as she stumbled over her words, and he realized that the prospect of him staying in her house overnight--him, a vampire--in borrowed clothes was probably a bit awkward, but it still didn't prevent him from thinking it was funny. He sat up and took the clothes from her, reluctantly committing himself to wearing the shirt. He hated sleeping in shirts...

He shrugged at her, "Whatever's easiest."

Kelsie watched the way he glowered at the shirt she had given him, "You don't need to wear that if you don't want to." She muttered before realizing what exactly she had said. "I mean if you're uncomfortable it's ok, we'll be in separate rooms anyways." She thought about sleeping arrangements for a second before realizing how weird it would be if he slept in her bed while she took her parent's room...but then again, it would be even weirder if he took her parent's room. "You can take mine, I'll be in my parent's room." She said before going into her room and grabbing a few essentials, also letting him change.
