It was a foggy morning as Sokka and the rest of the gang flew upon Oppa's back for the third day in a row. "Ughhh!" The teen groaned. "Can't we just stop somewhere for a little food..?" He complained, laying on his back and rubbing his empty stomach. "Sokka if it weren't for you we would still have food in the sack!" Remarked his sister Katara. Aang laughed and shook his head. The grumpy teenager rolled his eyes and looked over the edge of the flying beast and peered down below, though it was hard to see due to the foggy sky. He squinted his eyes a bit and saw a large black figure below. "Uh...g-guys...I thing we've got company again..!" Sokka exclaimed worriedly. Aang smiled widely and shrugged his shoulders. "Don't worry! It's way too foggy for them to see! Maybe we can land somewhere and try to find a resting spot" Aang suggested and looked down as well to see if What Sokka saw really was Zuko once again on their trail. After a good thirty minutes of flying into a densely wooded area the team of three, well unless you're counting Oppa and Mo-Mo had landed in a small clearing. "Ah, finally!" Sokka groaned and hopped off the flying bison, stretching his legs and arms out. Character SheetsView and Post Character Sheets0 players like this post! Like? |

Zuko followed soon after, he stood a little ways away from his men who were roughhousing the water tribe boy. “I will not be defeated again!” The prince yelled staring at the protesting boy, “…They can come and try to free you, they’ll only fail.” He said clenching his jaw slightly. Prince Zuko watched once more as his men grabbed the boy, attempting to push him away toward were the prison cells were. “I know full well that his the Avatar, that’s why I want him….” He went to follow after them, however stopped mid-stride thinking about the last few words that the Water Tribe boy spoke; "…From all the pain you have caused all over the world!" Zuko clenched his fists, small flamed began to form from them. He knew what the boy was going on about, and deep down he had to admit that what his Nation was doing was not ideal, but what was he to do? He was just a banished prince, trying to regain respect and his honour. Shaking the thought away with a frustrated huff Zuko turned his back as the yelling boy was dragged down into the prison cells. His uncle walked up beside him and place a gentle hand on his nephews shoulder, “You know Zuko, it does not have to be this way…” Zuko looked at him for a moment, before looking away, “Yes it does. I have no choice.” 0 players like this post! Like? |

The water tribe boy froze as the prince rose his voice in pure anger, causing him to finally shut his mouth. As he was being dragged down, the young man's face expression turned to that of a more stoic, yet calm look. watching the prince follow after him and the other men down to the cells. Though after seeing the male form small flames within his fists did he finally begin to realize what he had gotten into. Upon seeing the flames it made his body feel numb and sent shivers down his spine. shortly after being dragged away and thrown harshly into one of the cell's, Sokka sighed heavily and shook his head. "Come on Katara....hurry up already.." he mumbled to himself as he sat down on the hard metal floors. Luckily it was warm, considering it was a fire nation ship, so it made sense to its temperature. for the remaining time he was there he hummed to himself, desperately trying to avoid being bored by once again running his mouth to the soldiers who guarded his cell. Meanwhile back at the campsite Katara began to grow worried. "Aang, don't you think Sokka has been gone fro a little too long..?" she asked in a soft tone to the young boy sitting across from her. "Maybe he just got distracted, you know how he is. You can only have his attention for so long." Replied Aang as he brushed the large flying creature's fur. Zuko remained in place, standing stiffly as his uncle left him. He thought for a moment before walking back out onto the deck of the ship, “Common Avatar, let’s see how long it takes you to realise your friend is missing…” He said to himself looking out toward the forest. After about an hour of waiting on deck Zuko grew tired of waiting, he let out an annoyed sigh and headed back inside the ship. “I want you to go find the Avatar, don’t attack him, lead him here.” Zuko order to one of his men as he walked by him. The man nodded, “Yes Prince Zuko.” He said before running off the ship and began to search for the Avatar. The Prince made his way back to his room, he stood in the middle of his room for a few moments before being to pace. They are taking too long! Zuko thought to himself as he began to pace faster growing more and more impatient. (It's okay) 0 players like this post! Like? |

As Sokka continued to annoy the guards he tried to squeeze his body through the metal bars. "This is SO unfair!" The teen groaned before sitting back down, gripping onto the bars. "hey so, am i gonna get food down here any time soon or am I gonna end up starving? And if i were to get food, what kind of food are we talkin' here? Like soup, or that mushy stuff that you don't exactly know what it is, but it tastes good so you eat it anyway?" He rambled on until he overheard Zuko order one of his men to go lead the Avatar to their current location. Soon enough Sokka began to worry more, his heart pounding. "there's no way that Aang nor Katara would have forgotten about me! they are on their way right now i bet!" he thought to himself reassuringly though deep down inside the thought of his sister and his friend possibly forgetting about him still lingered. After about another hour had passed and the sun had reached the edge of the skyline Aang and Katara were already out calling for their team mate."Sokka! Sokka where are you?" called out the boys sister worriedly while Aang decided it was best to search airborne on his glider. As he looked down below with his trusty lemur companion, his eyes widened at the terrifying site of the Fire Nation ship. "oh no..." he mumbled before quickly descending to land beside Katara. "Did you see him?" she asked hopefully. The boy sadly shook his head and looked down as he spoke. "No, but i did see something worse, there's a Fire Navy ship anchored at the shore.." The Avatar replied full of remorse. The young woman gasped and quickly tuned into the direction in which the beach was. "We have to go see if he's there!" She exclaimed. 0 players like this post! Zuko glanced out the window, the sun was beginning to set, “They should be here by now…” Zuko mumbled to himself turning to leave his room. He was about half way down the hall when one of his men spoke from somewhere behind him, causing him to stop, “The Avatar and a Water Tribe girl has been sighted, not too far away from the ship. What should we do?” He asked. Zuko stood in place, “Nothing…Yet.” He said before walking onward. He knew that if he sent his men out to attack or chase after the Avatar he would risk losing him again. He did not need another failed attempt on his hands. Back where the Pinion cells where Sokka’s guards were being questioned about whether or not they were going to feed the Water Tribe boy or not. One of the guards responded, however did not answer the question, “Silence.” Was all he said in a firm tone. The boy was one of, if not the most talkative prisoners they had encountered. After a few moments the boy questioned them again, still talking about food, asking what type of food he’d be getting. Another guard spoke, walking up to the prison cell door, “If you’re assigned a meal, you’ll be given one…Weather it’s good or not is for you to decide.” Meanwhile the lone Fire Nation Soldier who had been sent out to find the Avatar was still looking. He walked into some bushes, checking them. Seeing nothing he attempted to crawl out of the bushes, only to get a foot caught on something a trip over landing on his butt on a sandy pathway. He groaned and stood up fixing his helmet, He looked around to see if anyone saw. No one was nearby that he could see, he let out a quite sigh of relive before walking onwards….Soon enough he found a set of footprints, he began to follow them, only to slow at the sound of two voices. Quietly the soldier crouched down behind a large rock, normally he the first thing he’d do was attack, after all that’s how the Fire Nation though him and the other Soldiers; to attack and show my mercy. But they were also taught to respect orders and obey them no matter what. 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 05/04/17 @ 23:32:04 by ℬat-ℭat 😼(Derp) (#67654) |

As Aang and the the water tribe girl spoke of a plan to help Sokka escape the young boy couldn't help but hear a faint sound of bushes rumbled about. "S-Sokka?" Katara called out nervously, quickly turning around, yet as she waited for a reply it remained silent. "Who's there?!" Called out Aang, who stepped infront of Katara pointing his staff in the direction where he heard the noise. "Show yourself now or else!" He exclaimed angrily. The boy with the arrow tattoos awaited for a voice or a figure to step out for a good three minutes before pulling his staff back and sighing lightly. "Probably just an animal..." he suggested, though he gave a look to Katara that he felt as if they were being watched... "Come on Aang, we're going to get Sokka!" Katara demanded and started heading towards the shore. Aang however squinted his eyes at the bushes a few feet away in suspicion before hearing Katara call out for him. "Coming!" He called back before rushing over. On the other hand Sokka laid on the solid floor, staring up at the ceiling and humming a light tune. "You know, I was thinking...since you fight other fire benders sometimes, do you get burnt wielding your own fire? Like could you set yourself on fire if you wanted to?" He asked, along with a good dozen more questions as he waited patiently. 'Come on guys...I can't stand it in here any longer!' He thought to himself with a heavy sigh. 0 players like this post! The Fire Nation Soulier remained behind the rock for a few minutes, he flinched slightly when the two began yelling out asking who was there, but he remained silent. The soldier listened in on their conversation, they were looking for someone called Sokka, he assumed that was the name of the boy they had back on the ship. He waited for a few more moments, peeking out ever so slightly to see if they were walking away. They were. Once he was sure they were far enough ahead he quickly followed after them, making sure that they did not see him. Luckily for him, they were heading in the right direction, so he did not intervene, but if they changed their direction he would. Back on the ship the prison guards were growing rather annoyed of the new prisoners constant questions, they answered the first few, hoping to shut him up. However when that failed they resorted to ignoring him. One of them banged on the door, telling the boy to quit asking so many questions. Then rather suddenly Zuko’s scarred face emerged from around the corner, a serious look painted on his face. “The Avatar will be here soon, ready a cell for him and make sure he cannot escape…” He order, a few men nodded and rushed off to do so. Zuko looked over to the cell where the boy was for a moment or two. He frowned shaking his head slightly as a thought came into mind, and quickly looked away. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Listening to Zuko's words sent shivers down his spine. "You know, the Avatar can probably just slip right through these bars." Sokka murmured to the prince who stared a him for a moment. "And why do you always do that? Y'know, the thing where you look at me, like you're gonna say something, but then you just shake your head and look away?" He asked, walking up to the cell bars and chuckled. "What? Are you hiding something?" He teased with a smirk then pulled away from the bars. "Then again what do I know right? I'm just a prisoner!" He added sarcastically as he sat down a few feet away from where the cell door opens. "Aang, hurry! We've got to get there fast!" The young woman yelled worriedly. Though the Avatar was growing more and more suspicious. "Katara wait!" He exclaimed, reaching out to the water tribe girl before comming to a stop. ""If the fire navy caught Sokka, then why aren't they looking for the me if they knew I was with Sokka..?" Aang questioned, soon Katara caught on and she let out a light gasp, losing her tone. "Do you think it's a trap..?" She whispered to the young Avatar. He nodded and looked around. "But I also feel like we're being watched!" He scowled before releasing a gust of air from his mouth behind them, the winds so strong they cleared a small pathway to see if there was anyone there. He furrowed his brows and looked over to Katara. "We need to get him, and fast!" He demanded before taking off into the sky on his glider. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Zuko stood in place watching his men prepper a cell for the Avatar. He ignored the comment the Water Tribe boy and went to walk over to check on the other cells. He paused at the second comment the other boy asked, “Why do you ask so many questions?” The prince asked, not caring for an answer and walked over to a nearby cell, keeping his back to most. “What? Are you hiding something?” The boy teased, Zuko stiffened. “Then again what do I know right? I’m just a prisoner!” The boy added sarcastically. Suddenly Zuko spun around with a harsh yell, causing some of the men around him to flinch, “You’re right, you are a prisoner..So start acting like one!” He’d had enough of this boy. Back inland the Fire Nation Soldier was beginning to relax, this was way easier then he thought. He ducked behind some bushes, he must have zoned out for a bit because the next thing he knew there was a sudden gush of air, which knocked him flat on his back. He grunted and lifted his head up a little dazed. “Huh?” He sat up looking around, he spotted the Avatar and the girl. He jumped to his feet and was about to chase after them, when they suddenly took flight. The soldier looked up at them dumbfounded, before calling out to them, “Hey!” He began to run after them worried they may not head to the ship. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Upon seeing the Fire Nation soldier the Avatar frowned and looked down at Katara who hung onto him as they they glided in the cool air. "Katara! Look! It was a trap! They're using Sokka to lure us to the ship!" The young Avatar explained before changing directions back towards the fire Nation soldier. Soon the sun had disappeared and the moon was high in the dark blue sky. "Aang, what are you doing?" Called out the water tribe girl as they descended back down towards the soldier. "We need to find out what their plan is!" Aang replied before finally landing a few feet away from the soldier. "Hey! You there! Where is Sokka?!" Shouted Katara angrily, her fists clenching. Aboard the ship Sokka's eyes had widened after hearing the harsh tone of Zuko. The boy crossed his arms and remained silent as he watched the soldiers prepare a cell for the Avatar who was hopefully going to arrive soon. Sokka had soon fallen asleep where he sat on the floor, resting against the wall. Though his short dream was very strange...blurry visions of what looked like the Prince walking closer to him , until finally in the dream Sokka felt Zuko grab his arm, causing him to flinch and wake up with a light gasp. He looked around quickly and rubbed his head with a sigh. "Ugh...that was weird..." he mumbled and shook it off before walking back up to the cell bars. "Hey! I really need to pee!" The boy called out, reaching his arm beyond the bars and waving to get attention. "Look it's been a while and I really need to go!" He whined, with furrowed brows. The soldier kept running after the two for a few moments, before they suddenly changed directions and headed right toward him. He froze in place his eyes wide, he got in a defensive position ready to attack. Then sun had set, and the moon had risen, the soldier suddenly felt very uneasy knowing that he would be weaker now, but tried to keep his cool. He flinched a little when the Water Tribe girl shouted at him asking were Sokka was. He swallowed nervously, unsure whether or not to say anything, “U-uh…” Zuko and few of his men quickly left the prison floor. There was this strange feeling deep down inside of the Prince, however he ignored it for now. He had more important things to worry about. The prince walked passed his uncle, who was drinking a cup of tea- Surprise, surprise… “What’s the rush? Is the Avatar here already?” Iroh asked quickly walking after them. The small group walked up onto the deck of the ship, it was night time. Zuko looked around, the Avatar was still nowhere to be seen. “What’s taking them so long!?” The Prince snapped throwing a clenched fist though the air. Iroh sighed taking a sip of his tea, “Patience Zuko, they will come in due time.” He said calmly. Zuko looked over to his Uncle, “We’ve been waiting all day, something must be wrong” He walked over to the ships entrance…. “We’ve taken him prisoner….” The solider finally confessed, lowering his head slightly. He lifted his head back up and spoke again, this time a little more confidently, “Our orders have been to take you onto the ship, Prince Zuko wishes speak to you Avatar.” Back on the ship one of the prison guards noticed that Sokka was complaining, this time about needing to go to the bathroom. The guard sighed walking over to his cell, “You’ll have to hold on, I’m afraid I cannot let you out of the cell.” He said feeling a little sorry for the boy. Aang'S face expression turned to that of a more calm and collected look. "Then how come he won't come down here himself to talk to me?" The young Avatar asked, crossing his arms. "Does he REALLY want to talk? Or is this nut another plan to try to capture the Avatar..?" Katara interfered, she wasn't in the mood for any playing around, especially when it came to a family member in danger. Aang sighed and shook his head then turned to the taller female with a reassuring smile before setting a hand on her shoulder. "It's alright, Katara. I'll handle this. You stay here and watch Oppa. I'll get Sokka" he said with a tad bit of worry in his voice. Then the arrow head boy turned back to the soldier, standing tall with a straight face. "Alright, I'll go talk to your prince. But only if you promise to give back my friend!" Aang demanded in a stern tone of voice, stomping his staff onto the ground and sending a gust of wind around him to indicate he was indeed serious and wasn't going to mess around. Sokka rolled his eyes to the guard's reply. "Awe! Come on, man! I've been here forever, I'll be quick I swear!" He exclaimed, pacing back and forth, trying to keep his mind off of having to use the restroom. Though as he was thinking about going to the restroom, he also thought about how it was good idea to escape. "Hm..." he muttered to himself and tried to remember what his surroundings looked like when he was being dragged down to the cells and furrowed his brows as he was only able to remember bits and pieces. However being the determined young man he was, he was going to at least attempt to make a run for it... 0 players like this post! Like? |

“I’m just following orders.” The man responded quickly shaking his head, “Trap? No, no he really does want to talk!” The soldier said growing more and more nervous. He quietly let out a sigh of relief when the Avatar said that he’d go. He nodded, “Of cause, follow me.” He said flinching a little and began to walk away, stopping a few steps after to make sure the Avatar was following. Back on the ship the guard sighed and looked around to see if anyone was around, “Alright, I’ll let you go. But be quick.” He said giving in. He reached into a pocket and pulled out a set of keys, “I’ll show you were you can go” the guard said quietly unlocking the door and opening it for the boy. He looked around quickly, he knew that Zuko would not be too pleased if he found what was going on. Atop deck Zuko waited still at the entrance to his ship, he hated waiting for so long. Something caught the Princes eye, movement. He locked his eyes toward were the movement was coming from, “That must be them.” He said quietly to himself. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Katara couldn't help but give the soldier a deathly glare as they walked away, feeling very uneasy but she knew to trust the young Avatar in his plan. The young boy followed he soldier a few steps back to keep his distance, for he didn't completely trust the soldier of course. Aang rolled his eyes as he watched the soldier look back every so often to make sure he was following. "You don't have to keep looking back y'know. I'm sure I'm more trustworthy than you..." he muttered to himself. Though before long they had reached the beach and Aang became a bit slowly as they got closer and closer to the large ship. Inside he ship Sokka smiled widely as the guard finally agreed to let him go. "Oh thank you, thank you!" He exclaimed excitedly and followed after the guard. Though after a few minutes Sokka finally took it upon himself to attack the guard from behind, knocking him down to the ground and kicked his helmet so he wouldn't be able to see. "Sorry!" He shouted before making a run for it. "Damn, where would he keep my boomerang a-" he cut himself off before the sight of his bright blue weapons shinned in the lights of a room, but not just any room..."awe come on!" He frowned before stepping into the Prince's room. "I have to hurry up..!" He mumbled to himself, as he reached over to the nightstand by the Fire Prince's bed to grab the weapons he had taken away from the water tribe boy. Shortly after grabbing his trusty boomerang he smiled warmly and held it close. "Oh it's so nice to have you back! " he said in a sing-song tone, kissing the weapon happily. 0 players like this post! “You better hurry, I don’t know when Zuko or the others will be back.” He said walking a head of the boy toward the prisoners restrooms. He was just about to reach them when suddenly the guard was stuck from behand, he toppled over and face planted onto the hard steel flooring of the ship with a clang. He went to stand back up, only to have his helmet kicked, it spun around making him unmade to see. He stumbled around trying to fix his helmet and stand up. The sound of something heavy falling back inside the hull of the ship caused Zuko to turn, “What was that?” He asked. His men looked around, shrugging. Zuko frowned looking back to the beach, Probably just something falling… He thought to himself. The Soldier lead the Avatar to were the ship was in silence, he stepped out onto the beach, “Common.” He said gesturing to the Avatar to keep coming. Slowly they made their way across the beach toward the ship. Soon enough Zuko saw one of his men walking across the beach, the Avatar following behind him. He signalled to some of his men to go collect the prisoner. His uncle walked up beside him, “So what’s the plan this time?” He asked following his Nephews gaze toward the Avatar. “We’re going to do a little trade..” Zuko said. 0 players like this post! Like? |
