4/10 The mutation on that base is just MUAH, however i have reasons for rating so low. Theres not nearly enough marking to get a pretty cub out of him, and his generation is too long to want to stud to him. If he passes his base and Mutation at the same time, i feel like that would be the only saving factor for him.
