Instead of spending beetles fo expand, for the first 40 territory you should be attacking others. https://www.lioden.com/territory_map.php is a territory map, click on spots and look for lions with stats lower than king's to attack for territory. It costs nothing other than a little energy, and you can do so once every hour.

what fertility to get a tigon and a leopon?

Any lioness can have a hybrid in her litter. There isn't a guaranteed way to have a mutated cub though. The lower the fertility, the better chance a lioness has of naturally having one.

If you are wanting to try and breed for a tigon/leopon, the way to give yourself the best chances are to use a 1% fertility lioness. Breed her, then crb that litter. When the three day cooldown is over use a GMO cow and buffalo scrotum. GMO cow has the highest percentage chance of producing a mutated cub, and buffalo scrotum guarantees at least three cubs in the litter. The more cubs in a litter, the better chance of getting what you want.

Again though, there is no guarantee. You could also purchase a heat from a first gen tigon or leopon, and use a GMO cow and buffalo scrotum on that breeding.
