Nice, sounds like fun. I stopped riding some years ago, my moms horse got too old to be ridden, but I normally only rode bareback. Sometimes also without rains, now that will kill your thighs trying to lead a horse like that.

I doubt I'll get a post out before the time skip so here's what I'd imagine my characters would be up to. I haven't read any of the recent posts yet since I have quite a bit to catch up on so hopefully this makes sense.

Not much to report for Hornetpaw. I think his main focus would be helping around camp and focusing on his grieving Clanmates. He would probably do his best to help keep Cloudburst occupied and possibly try and talk with Scorchwing, Lightsong, Foxpaw, and Flamepaw about how they're coping. Since Foxpaw and Umbraclaw are possibly not going to be training together anymore he'll decide against discussing the incident before they left camp with her. I can imagine she probably won't want to talk to him anyway, but he'll still make it clear he's open to listening if she needs to talk about anything and probably be persistant about checking up on her to the point of her finding him completely annoying,

Redeye will probably plant himself in the apprentice's den for the next two nights to be a sort of silent comfort for Vulturepaw since he seems pretty freaked out about the ordeal and Harepaw as well since I feel like they have a weird little friendship going on after that first interaction. Just wedging himself between their nests like sup I live here now. As for his activities during the day I can seem him becoming a bit obsessive about patrolling to the point Blackstar will probably have to tell him to chill. This includes sneaking out by himself to see if he he can find anything which is probably going to get him hurt if he doesn't quit it, but I'd rather rp that out if it happens rather than having it occur off screen. His behavior is otherwise on the mend and he seems to be returning to his usual habits, which may in fact be a facade at this point to fool everyone into thinking he's completely fine and not slinking out of camp every time Blackstar and Owlfeather aren't looking.

Aww Redeye comforting the two youngins just melts my cold dead heart XD

Scorchwing will probably be trying to push her own feelings aside and throw all of her time and effort into protecting her Clan - joining every possible patrol and hunting when there isn’t a patrol, basically making Hornetpaw’s job of Friendly Grief Counciling that much harder.

Harepaw will probably be trying to deal with her own emotions, experiencing outbursts in between prolonged periods of silence and one word answers. Despite her obvious depressed state, she’s going to practically fall back onto Dustpelt and Redeye while avoiding Vulturepaw and Sootpaw due to underlying anger towards them (without them being the actual cause, of course).

Alright, finally got my post with Flamepaw up, sorry for the wait.

Flamepaw is going to be quieter after her mother's death, even more so than normal. She's not going to do anything that goes against Gingerstars directions, during the timeskip. She's also going to close herself off from her brother and sister a bit, but she will let her sister in sooner than Lightsong.

Owlfeather will be acting strong for the rest of the clan and will give orders like normal. She will develop a cold during the timeskip and will have it after the timeskip. She's just going to have a runny nose and some sneeze attacks now and then, nothing too serious. She will also have a slight yearning, of wanting to see her brothers or at least make sure that they are alright.
