Actually since Razz is just going to summarize what Gingerstar is going to do, I'll think I'll just have Umbraclaw do the same and save myself having to write a massive post right before time skip.

Umbraclaw will follow Gingerstar to her den and report how things went down in the patrol. How they had found some tracks and she had the other cats follow them, while she climbed a tree to check their surroundings for Duskclan cats since they were close to the border. They then came across the body of Sunspots as well as a duskclan patrol while she was still in the tree. While she was climbing back down, Foxpaw tried to attack the Duskclan cats , but was restrained by red eye and Flamepaw nearly joined her sister n the attack. Luckily foxpaw was left unhurt and was recovered by Scorchwings. Back on the ground she quickly ordered Larkclaw to help help the two apprentices get their mother's body back to camp and would acknowledge that this order broke Gingerstar's decree. She would however say that she believed that the two apprentices would be safer with the Larcklaw then they would be with the rest of the group potentially starting a battle. During this, the Duskclan had also claimed to have lost a clan cat of their own, but had already recovered the body as well as being informed about the corpse of another dawnclan cat.

Once the two apprentices had been dealt with, she asked Owlfeather for permission to cross the border to examine the site where the fallen duskclan cat had been. This request was nearly granted when she was told that Blackstar was coming and thus was asked to wait for him. Upon doing so, her request ended up being flatly denied by the leader and she started to head to where the second dawnclan body was. Scorchwing would then cry out and upon rushing over would learn that the second body belonged to dewmist. Umbraclaw would then help scorchwing bring her sister home.

Only after giving Gingerstar a chance to process this information, would she then reveal the issues with Foxpaw. Explaining how things had been a bit rocky before going on that patrol since she had had to punish her for her impudence. Then how her order to leave the duskclan cats caused her apprentice to give her a look of extreme coldness which leads her to believe that it would be foolish for her to remain as her mentor. She would make it clear that she isn't giving up on Foxpaw, but doesn't believe she will be able to learn from someone she hates.

Finally during the timeskip, she will be trying to help Gingerstar deal with the situation as much as she can. When not doing that she will also try to help and comfort those who were left behind. Though she will probably give Foxpaw a decent berth since she doubts the apprentice will want anything to do with her. Instead she will probably ask Ravenblaze and Hornetpaw to keep an eye out for her if they can instead. Also for the night patrols, she will take care to alternate who gets shifts and will not give any to Lightsong or Scorchwing.

Oof I'll do a short summary of what Ravenblaze does. I'm so sorry for not having replied for a while, I've had this really annoying writer's block with him.

Ravenblaze will go back to camp and allow Cloudburst to help out with medicine cat duties to get her mind off all the grief. He will get the necessary herbs to prepare the bodies for Starclan and will most likely try to gently cheer everyone up to avoid the gloomy mood. He will keep himself and Hornetpaw busy by going over herbs and organising the herbs after use, then alphabetically, then have Hornetpaw organise them after use again. These kinds of lessons will be repeated, with some variation thrown in to spice things up.

Lightsong will spend his time mainly at camp since he does not have any patrols. He will try his best to comfort his sisters but will be a bit stifling and overbearing since he is really trying to comfort himself. He will try to get Foxpaw to forgive Umbraclaw since he knows Umbraclaw is a good warrior. He will point out things like “our mother was a great warrior, she would want you to follow in her footsteps and train with the deputy.” A phrase hat will probably make Foxpaw very annoyed with him. He will tell lots of stories about his mother but they won’t really have a plot and he will usually not finish them. He will go on runs outside of camp since he finds the camp claustrophobic at times.

@Cotton: Blackstar will have listned to Mothpaw, but not given any clue as to what he thinks quite yet. He'll have just told him to contemplate it, and keep him posted.
