Mine ends up being my wrist mostly. I get other joint pain in fingers, knees, elbows, ankles from the fibro. You can get Voltaren Gel from Dillons now without an Rx. It wasn't expensive that has been a lifesaver. That and Gabapentin. I would suggest he try the Voltaren. I work part time at a Drs office, most of my family is medical oriented, I also work for a Pharma company (not the ones that make these though) so I understand meds etc. Plus my degree is mostly in Biology, lol. He can talk to his Dr about trying Gabapentin and see if it helps. If they haven't already then they may want to run some bloodwork for different types of arthritis to rule it out atleast. I don't think it would hurt since you can get it off the shelf like icy hot. It either works or it doesn't. You can also look for someone that has a MagnaWave business close to you and get some sessions. That helps with those types of problems better than any medication. It is a non-invasive and non-medication type of pain relief, among many other things. I myself have a MagnaWave machine and my own business so I have used this myself and know that it helps. I use that for my joint pain as well. It feels amazing too. Totally not trying to get business don't want to break any rules. My son and i were talking about food earlier. He sent me a text with pictures! I wish he cooked like that when he lived here! LOL I just gave some of his outdated food that he left here to the horse.. Frozen veggies, cereal, and some bread that was it the freezer too long... This is my moment of like... I don't even know lmao. Not exactly insecurity, but just another one of many rants xD I'm not saying this to try to show off or anything, but I'm a good cook, and I know it. It was during the holidays or something, and a family member I'm not gonna name kept on saying snide comments like "Oh, if you keep cooking you're going to gain way too much weight" and telling my parents "You should watch what she eats, it's not good to have an overweight child" First of all, for someone who should know that I have body image issues, not just weight stuff, that's pretty fucked up, plus you're an ADULT MEMBER OF MY FAMILY FOR GODS SAKE, and honestly, it's you that should be watching your weight, asshat  So no need to find someone to cook for me and make rude comments, can feed myself and already got plenty of the latter :/ 0 players like this post!
