I've been mass claiming a lot of ncls lately hunting for chased and crb lionesses, and the post-claim timer is the bane of my life, so here goes: Introduce a new personality, "Impatient" ~How would it work?~ Impatient would be a snarky male personality type ~ Kings with this personality type will have an option to remove lionesses regardless of post-claim cooldown. ~ A lioness under the new claim cooldown would have a single "early chase button" to remove her, this would disappear after cooldown ~ There are no curency, impression or exp rewards for early chasing. ~ The early chased lioness is deleted, similar to kill/nature reserve and the action costs the same energy fee ~ This personality will not affect the time lionesses can be killed, nature reserved, transferred or offered for trade! ~ Access to this personality will be limited either by being a breed only or event exclusive personality. ~Interractions~ On early chase: LIONESS NAME was just settling in when you decided she's out stayed her welcome. Off you go! Sub male: You hear a familiar tune and follow the sound, finding SUB MALE NAME singing to himself, "Oh, I just can't wait to be-" HEY! Grandpaw: (Cub train fail) CUB NAME was taking their time to find the perfect angle to pounce... before a sharp "Hurry up!" From Grandpaw NAME spooked them! (Cub interraction) You find CUB NAME wailing alone at the edge of the den. Apparently, GRANDPAW NAME took them on a stroll and grew tired of waiting for them to keep up! Training: Suggested by Kelpie (#212684) (Feel free to suggest more interractions! They'll be added with credit!) Possible Issues (I) + Solutions (S) (I): Moon (#205430) Possibly overpowered for Impression farming (S): Lannistark (Clean Cherry) (#26218) Make early chasing cost energy (Like regular Kill/Nature reserve does) (I): Khajiit {G1 UNEVEN LEONID} (#68800) Server strain caused by chased lionesses (S): Lionesses chased early are deleted (Like chased males and chased females under 2 years) (Bonus: This could reduce the number of generic NCLs being saved in the pool of chased lionesses + actually improve the number of 'genuine' chased lionesses?) ~Suggestions~ β‘Patchidk (#161180): Applicable via an event mask πͺCookieπͺ (MS solaris) (#191597): Breed only personality or combo personality (Feel free to offer your comments for here! They'll be added with credit!) For comparison, here's a guide to existing personalities and their effects! If you feel like leaving a "no", please comment with your reasons so I can hopefully balance this suggestion better. If you feel like leaving a support, thanks! I'd still love to hear why! yes, as a trade off price. so instead of the cool-down it consumes like 5-10 energy. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Oooh nice, frees up territory while also preventing them from claiming a gazillion lionesses in explore. 0 players like this post! Like? |

If this personality were to just affect chasing I don't see how it'd affect karma. Does it just get rid of the cooldown entirely? 0 players like this post! Like? |

Oh, that makes a bit more sense. In my experience though, if you have a Candid king and then use Cantip, you can explore waaay more than usual if you have skill with the ladies, since each succesfull claim gives 3% energy. Mind, this doesn't go on forever, so I don't see how bypassing the cooldown bit to chase away unwanted lionesses could be any worse. It's not like people with big dens are limited by space either, which is essentialy what this personality would give an edge to 0 players like this post! Like? |

No support, mostly because of three reasons: 1. Farming impression by not being stopped by territory limit. 2. Making server pull up more chased lionesses, and if there are none - generating more, which will create more lag. 3. Most important - taking up server space to store the chased ncls so they can be released into the wild 24-48 hours later. What I am most worried about with it is, let's say, 500 out of ~1500 users that are now online at any moment of the day having such personality, with optimal set up of energy boosts and meat pies to get as much energy as they can so they don't get stopped by that - we get intense lag due to all the girls being generated, chased and then stored away to be then sent into the explore again. Even with the 50/50 chance to be deleted upon chasing it will create a tremendous strain on the server. And with that the ever present lag will get worse, possibly even leading to time outs and game being unplayable. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Khajiit {G1 UNEVEN LEONID} (#68800) That's a fair response, thanks for explaining your reasoning! Issue 1 is up on the list already, but I'll put your other issues on the list for people to consider! One possible solution is that girls chased before the cooldown arent put in the chased pool, like cubs, adolescents and males are? That would reduce the strain on the storage for chased lionesses, possibly more than it currently is as regular ncls arent going into the pool as their timer runs out? 0 players like this post! Well, the problem is how it would be coded and IF it can be coded to not have them put in. I'd like to not end up not having any chased girls in explore if it cannot be coded in, as it will be huge hit to both clean breeders and users doing Hard Mode, where both of those styles of gameplay are pretty hard already. And I bet there is a lot of people who would be screwed over if that happens. I understand wanting to be able to chase the lionesses earlier, but it's just an hour wait, you can then mass chase and go claiming again. During that hour your energy will replenish and you can do other things on or off site. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I was going to no support thinking of how game-breaking it'd be... but seeing the problems and solutions, I love it! Really nice idea :D My concerns were all addressed. I'd definitely be over in the corner sacrificing my whole energy bar to chase NCLs early, LMAO. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I'd prefer if it shortened the cooldown rather than removed it entirely. As somebody mentioned earlier, this can be abused to farm both impression and CRB. 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 17/05/20 @ 23:29:39 by π Ninque [Clean G2 Shreds] (#106221) |

Supported on the grounds that the interactions should be edited to be gender neutral and use 'they' instead of she, because I've never seen cub interactions like that. 0 players like this post! Like? |
